Here you will experience Mexican food hope located floating in the parking lot of a very vibrant tire repair place where it appears you can just drive up and they will jack up your car very quickly replacing one or four tires with not necessarily matching ones. these are the best tacos i’ve had in colorado after living in southern california for a while!! the lady at the counter was so nice, prices were great, and my asada tacos were divine. definitely will return
After driving by multiple times I finally stopped by to eat at Mario’s and it did not disappoint. The staff was great, they were very humorous and kind to their customers. You know the food truck is good when there is a line. I ordered 6 tacos, 1 burrito, and a large horchata.2 - de asada 4.4/52- al pastor 4.6/ 5 I love that they add diced pineapple.2- de tripa 5/5. It was my favorite taco.1 Carne asada Burrito- 4.7/51 Horchata 5/5The red and green salsa were good!
