Every time I eat the buffet lunch at Masalaa I wonder why I ever go anywhere else. The flavors of every rotating dish on the buffet are extraordinary. AND it comes with a dosa or naan both of which are excellent.

We traveled here from California, only to be extremely pleasantly surprised. Masalaa is 100% Vegetarian, cooked to order, and delicious. The gentleman who served us was very helpful and kind. This is not your typical cookie cutter, Indian food. Everything is made to the finest quality. I used to live in India, I eat Indian food, very frequently, and I can tell you that this is premium. Nothing was overly hot, or overly flavored. The atmosphere is calm and Tranquil with lots of nights art on the walls. I highly recommend when in Denver to give this restaurant a try and review on Google. We ate here on New Year’s Day 2026. And they’re open till 10 P.M. There is plenty or parking in the large parking lot. Close to the Highway for convenient access
