Every year I come to Colorado I always make a stop here. Mason's is just about as authentic as any Chinese dumpling spot in nyc.
I like the traditional pork, chicken or shrimp. I'm not a big fan of fusion for Chinese dumplings. You wouldn't fusion pierogis or raviolis, why do that to pan fried dumplings.

Service is amazing. Our server remembered me from my last visit on memorial day 2024. Makes me feel special! 😋

I adore this spot and it’s such a gem of the neighborhood! They have one of my favorite dishes ever that I crave constantly which is the vegetarian beef bowl. I don’t know how they make the fake meat so dang good but it is bursting with flavor. It is rare to find fake meat dishes but I always deeply appreciate them as a vegetarian. Also love that you can get the delicious bao buns with vegetarian beef or chicken, the chicken is great too. Cute inside and the staff are friendly....
