Bar none the best McDonald's I have been to. The workers have been friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and the food has yet to disappoint. I have had issues with everything under the sun at other locations, luckily not this one. Its actually quite enjoyable to dine in and I haven't felt that way in quite a while at any joint like this. The manager is genuinely the nicest guy you'll meet, he makes the experience very nice and even enjoyable. In fact at this point I go out of my way to come here, as I live closer to other locations but they dont come close to the experience that this one offers.

Worse Mc D in Aurora!! All the managers here are terrible!! It’s ridiculous that they are refusing to refund me my money. It’s been a month and they still won’t refund me my money. They kiosk machine gave me incorrect change back and when I mentioned it to them they said they couldn’t do anything about it and this is coming from the Manager. Then asked if I had the receipt how does she expect me to have a receipt when the kiosk never printed one out of the employees actually did their job at keeping up with replacing the paper we wouldn’t have had this issue. Then for them to say in Spanish how they don’t care and how it’s not their problem is wild I understand and speak Spanish.

I have been to this McDonald’s several times now. Overall, the drive-through is pretty slow. I have had multiple order takers make it difficult just to get a water with my order. It’s almost ALWAYS hard to hear them on the drive thru speaker. Also, why has nobody figured out the recorded welcome voice is much more annoying than it is helpful. All that said, the food has been good every time. I’d like to be offered a receipt.

Amazing how you can take one of the most efficient restaurants and turn it into a disaster kiosks suck on general then you wait like 20 minutes for food 1/4l very red never get to see a human they just throw food on a desk when you ask about your burger takes ten more minutes to actually see. A human after 50 years to have completely destroyed customers service and quality horrible experiences should try any where but here

I thought Mississippi & Chambers was a terrible McDonald's. This location can't seem to figure out how to put BBQ or Sweet & Sour sauce in the bag when ordering nuggets, puts wrong size sides when ordering a meal, and never gives you the Monopoly pieces for your drinks. It has taken me 15 orders before sending this... Officially the worst McDonald's in Aurora CO, who would've thought it was the newest?

Not 24/7…pulled up on my way to work for some breakfast and the guy at the drive thru said “sorry closed, Won’t be open for 30 minutes” quite possibly the worst McDonalds in existence. This seems to be a norm at this one.

Stopped by this location to grab a quick dinner run. Although fairly late at night, the inside was very clean. The workers were very polite and got our order out fairly quickly. One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Can’t get an order right and employees have a horrible attitude. The sad thing is they don’t even care. There are way too many options around to have service like this.

I ordered an order online. I don't get to choose the store the order goes to. I waited an hour just to realize the store didn't even start making the order and won't answer even their own customer service. I will never step foot in here. If this store is unable to do online orders that switch the darn thing off!
