Always Check ur bag before u leave, I order nuggets with BBQ sauce, guess what they forgot, and no napkins. Manager having attitude before their drive thru employee make a mistake and blame it on the app. Do better...

A very bad experience. The lady on the loudspeaker gives bad directions in a terrible and bad-tempered way, and the other lady inside is in the same bad mood.And they're forced to eat, like they're being forced. I don't understand why, because it's Friday they must be happy. How awful, McDonald's! I'm really not coming back here. McDonald's should pay attention to the people they hire, since young people often have a better attitude and a more cheerful lifestyle than older people, as is the case in many McDonald's.

messed up my breakfast order, i even asked her i ordered a large coffee and she insisted the medium coffee was mine. ordered a Bacon biscuit and they gave me a mcmuffin. i did get my hashbrown though.

Horrible service!!! Made order in the app and I never got an order code to give to the drive thru but was charged. Nicely explained the situation and what my order was, showed the charge but the employees refused to listen, told me it was at a different location, rude and zero help. They refused to make my order and went as far as to threatened that if I don’t move my vehicle that they’d call the police. All I am trying to do is get my food that was already ordered and charged for my toddlers. No customer service, absolutely no respect or common sense. After leaving,I went back on app and saw that my order was then cancelled but not on my end. Ridiculous. Zero stars- DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

UPDATE*******The CORPORATE REPLY below says to go their website to report this - I DID ALREADY** Your website tells customers to GO BACK TO THE STORE. Nope. Not driving 2 hours for a $6 refund, friend. Disputed the charge with my bank already******** RIDICULOUS. Original Review: I purposely use the mobile app so that there is no miscommunication in an Order… And yet these people still try to tell me that I got some spicy chicken something or another and when I showed her my screen with my actual correct order, she screamed back at me NO YOU GOT SPICY CHICKEN!! Then, of course they couldn’t find my order so they pushed me up to the next drive-through window and left me there until I drove away after 10 minutes with no food. I understand that it’s McDonald’s but sometimes when you’re traveling for work, McDonald’s seems like the safest bet… I assure you that this one is not that option

McDonald's is a Great place for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, this McDonald's lacks a clean Dine In option. The fountain drinks area is Not kept clean, and the Dine In Area is lacking a Good smelling environment. More attention to Fresh Smells is needed. This problem is Not the Norm for McDonald's establishments. I will be avoiding returning to this McDonald's location. Review completed October 14, 2025.

After the Rockies fireworks game i was craving an ice cream cone. I pulled into drive thru and placed an order. I had a hard time understanding the lady. I don't speak Spanish wife does but was tired and half asleep after long game day. Got to payment station and wife was able to speak Spanish to the lady. All is well and i enjoyed my ice cream. I guess my wife needs to give me lessons sure would help. I do recommend fast and service there.
