She didn't give me the receipt, the young woman who took the orders through the Drive Thru didn't want to talk to us well, bad attitude, wrong order, then at the window we had to check the order, she had given a code to redeem my points and then she took it away when we were at the window, he had bought some ice cream and with the points a frappe, when we told him that he would please check our order, he removed the code, he had said that the total was 16 dollars, we gave him a 20 bill and he said that there was no money , removed the code from the frappe and charged us for the entire order. I don't know what their annoyance was, bad attitude, we told the girl who gave us the order that they didn't give us a receipt. I can't put the complaint on the website because I don't have the store number.

Best McDonald's hands down. I go here often 8n mornings before work. Service is great very welcoming and even asks how's your day after you order. Food is fresh and in timely fashion. Best McDonald's 5⭐️

Where to start lol Half the time your food is going to be wrong, whether they bag the orders wrong or just don’t make them right I couldn’t tell you. Most of the employees, doesn’t matter the shift, act like literal children. The managers act like it right there with them. I’ve seen 1 maybe and that’s a long stretch maybe seen 2 managers actual working and trying to get their crew to behave and work. Orders taken ridiculous amount of time to get out 9/10 times. You’ll literally stand there and for 5+ mins watching them only make drive orders, and that’s whether the drive is busy or not. Most of the employees stand behind the wall blocking the view from lobby just standing there joking around even though there’s 5+ lobby orders waiting. Also idk why they find it so funny to snicker and talk horrible about customers as if 1) it can’t be heard 2) it makes a difference if they do it in Spanish or English. A good amount of white complexion people know Spanish, whether they let you know they do or not. Someone should probably inform them of that. Customer would but they tend to magically act like they don’t understand English once you need something. Corporate would this franchise/store down in a heartbeat if they saw the behaviors committed here. Oh wait it’s a good thing I know some people in corporate that’ll be hearing of this.

I'd say 90 percent of the time this place has given us a terrible experience. Most of the time the orders are wrong but last week we went at night after a long day at work and the lady there was extremely rude she needs to go. She has absolutely no business working in customer service. At least she should finish making sure she handed out the full order before walking away and leave us talking and then waiting. I understand customer service is a pain in the butt job but that employee does not give a damn about her job and she needs to go. DO NOT come to this location especially at night.

I regularly go to other locations near my house but I decided to go to this one because I was on my way, and I was disappointed because they made me feel very bad. The manager or supervisor named Rosa, I placed an order online for a kids meal and when I noticed that the burger did not have cheese, I told her that I wanted extra cheese and she reacted with a bad attitude and grabbed the burger, squeezing it with the fist of her hand and went to my table. to check my resivo angry with the hamburger in her hand because I had not paid for extra cheese! I told him to calm down that I was going to pay for it, I only wanted one cheese and he went back to the register and he told me, squeezing the hamburger, to pay it rudely and then he gave the order for them to put the cheese on it. I paid a miserable $1.09 for extra cheese and I told him She should be nice and she answered badly, starting to argue and said she doesn't care. Because she was the manager, now I know why that restaurant doesn't have much clientele, I won't return to that franchise. Since after I paid for the cheese, she gave me the same hamburger that she squeezed with her hands, she didn't change it, which hurts me because it was for a child and she had no compassion, it was really a great humiliation ?I hope they realize the person who They are in charge and give other people the opportunity to really do their job.

Been to this new location twice. First time was fine, our second time they forgot my daughter's hamburger for her happy meal. Course by the time we saw we were already home so I gave her mine instead. Not sure how you forget a hamburger for the kids meal when it's literally in the name but whatever
