I ordered fish sandwiches and they never put taeter sauce on them even when told. I called and they were only speaking Spanish and hanging up on me. Every time I order they mess up my order and have to do it overand over and still mess it up. I am so disappointed in McDonald's service and employees.

If you order off the regular menu late at night they'll just wait until it switches to breakfast so they don't have to make it. Go to a different mcdonalds.

Well we went this past Saturday, we had a quick lunch, then when we were leaving we decided we could get another fries🍟 & a pie to go so I paid at the counter with cash, for some reason they lady thought I gave her the right amount of $$ but in reality I gave her a larger bill, so she supposed to gave me some cash back, but it wasn't like a lot of $$ only $ 4 dollars back, however she didn't, I told the manager, she went 2 the back n count the drawer $$ n came back with only $ 2 for me, she said it was only over $ 2 but not $ 4. So this McDonald's stole from me $ 2. I guess they needed it more than me, I guess this company is struggling to the point they have to steal cash from costumers, well ex costumers cuz I'm never coming to this place.

have NEVER been so disgusted with customer service in my life. McDonald’s really needs to check who they’re hiring because this was beyond unacceptable. The staff was outright rude—no greeting, no ‘have a good day,’ just cold, irritated looks. It felt like they were genuinely taking out their bad mood on every customer. If you can’t even muster up the basic decency to be polite, then don’t work in customer service. It’s honestly painful to see such a lack of professionalism and respect. I’m never going back!!!

Claudia and Daniella were extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend coming here.
No say The manager Claudia spoke to me very disrespectfully when I kindly let her know her employee gave me the wrong order for the 2nd time and she continued to talk to her co worker Daniella the manager in Spanish and cussed in Spanish then parked me outside for 30 minutes for one small order I do not recommend this place and their kitchen is nasty.

This is the worst Mcdonald's,i always get my order wrong.today i stopped by and i had to get my kids ready for school so i didn't bother to check the order. When it was time to eat i realized it was missing a few items but this time i decided i was gonna go and tell them,i had my receipt and showed it to them but they were refusing to give me my missing items just because the ladies didn't remembered me picking up an ordered😑 like what! At the end they just gave me part of my missing items. Good thing there is a BK just crossing the street!

Completely got my order wrong. I asked for a 20 piece, and a number 7, instead I got 4 cheese burgers. Asked for them plain, none of them were plain. I get that it's fast food, but I really don't wanna pay extra to not get what I ordered. Very upsetting.
