the lady at the front was talking to her friend while i was waiting in line and they had a 5-10 minute conversation and they took forever to count my money. and the wait for my food was very long! Do NOT come here during the afternoon

I have gone to eat there on several occasions, everything is fine, once in a while they have taken a while to serve me. On the part of a small employee, excellent work and customer service, she performs very well, she is multifunctional, every time I go she serves me with a very good attitude, unfortunately the Manager who is there at night on Sundays does nothing more than be in the office. cell phone and I find it in very bad taste.

I was there this morning Clara is the name they gave me. She was working the window. That hand you. The food insisted to cut me off and tell me that I didn't order what I ordered even though I have a receipt On my phone. I have paid for syrups in the past. And they haven't gave them to me today. I had paid for 5 She tried to argue with me. Tell me I only paid for one. They had me park For syrup . Didn't even give me my full order when they gave me the bag. They send somebody out. They give me the syrup. I was missing the Second. hash brown in my order. I asked for her name. It took them about 5 minutes to give me a name. I done with there Customer service there. This is the third time I have came through the drive through with days in between. And that same lady is there in the second window. Handing you food it and hasn't attitude for no reason.

Can't even order food here seems like they don't want business they are only ever accepting cash in a society that is mostly card based the people are rude food is almost always cold and taste like it's been sitting their forever usually can't even finish meals due to horrible quality definitely need to update and better train ALL of the staff on quality and customer appreciation

Ordered through door dash. And everytime- something is missing- my 10 piece nuggets was missing and I was charged for it. But I wouldn’t leave a review for this one time- it’s now happened more than 4 times. I will no longer order from here. The phone number on the website never connects to anyone- just rings and rings then hangs up. Terrible service, even if we go there to pick up- it’s employee’s with bad attitudes or don’t understand what customer service means- look at people, speak nicely to people- it’s just down the drain for sure.

I called with a serious allergy complaint and Maria the “manager” picks up, says the other location on iliff doesn’t have a phone number so she had to take my complaint. Before I’m done speaking she’s talking over me, saying she’s overwhelmed because she has to take complaints from two restaurants, and frankly she was unprofessional when trying to handle a serious situation.She kept say “first of ALLLLLLL”.Please send this lady for another orientation round, and more training. She’s unprofessional and unhelpful . I feel so awful for the staff who has to work with her. She seems disgusting, and not a team player.
