I asked for ketchup when the guy brought our (because there is nowhere to get your own ketchup). He came back and threw 3 packets on the table... for 4 people.

I give it 4 stars cuz 9/10 times everything’s as ordered. But today might be my last visit to this location. There’s mystery brown liquid saturating the bun and leaking out of the paper the burger is wrapped in. Not a sauce but a liquid 🤮

Bagged reeked of someones lotion, which had transferred on to the food wrappers. Which would mean you need to wash hands after opening the wrapper, then eat, then repeat. Luckily the lotion did not transfer to the hashbrown which is not fully wrapped. Also smelling a lotion that I do not think smells nice, while eating makes me want to throw up.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Every time we visit, the staff sees us trying to place an order but consistently ignores us, prioritizing the drive-thru instead. It feels like dine-in customers are an afterthought. Management needs to step up and ensure all customers receive equal attention

They take forever to bring your food out. Do not come to this location if you’re in a hurry and want fast food. For $30 for two Meeks I’m better off going to Chili’s

Wow. Admittedly don't eat McD's often, but this was a particularly bad experience.
All THREE items ordered did not represent what the franchise promises. Double cheese, fries and a coke... All three were garbage. Coke tasted like large amounts of spearmint were added.? The fries were room temp and soggy, and the Double (with bacon randomly added) was dry and unappealing.
Step it up, or pass the torch, because this reflects poorly on ALL McDonalds.
Have some damn respect for yourself and your customers, or they won't be returning... My family sure won't be returning.
Disappointed.

The once a year treat I will go to McDonald's for!
Dirty atmosphere. Very grumpy workers and the service was terrible. They asked what else we needed and they gave us attitude and rolled their eyes when we asked for an extra side of ranch dressing.

My experience at the Smoky Hill location on January 11th was extremely frustrating due to rude management. I went to pick up my husband’s app order, but despite providing proof of the order, the man in charge refused to release the order. He was rude and dismissive. He stated I couldn’t pick up my husband’s order because it was made through his app. I explained my husband was unable to drive here. Which is why I was collecting it for him. He insisted I reorder it via the drive through. My husband couldn’t cancel his original order because the app said the food was ready for pick up, so we were charged twice for the same meal despite the food being right there ready for collection!
The poor handling of this situation by the manager caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. In contrast, the young man at the second window was polite and professional, demonstrating much better customer service skills. Management at this location needs to be more customer-focused.

Went to drive up ordered large diet coke, small fry and a cheeseburger lite ketchup and mustard. The cheeseburger was hot but didn't have the onions or pickle. So I went inside and they made another one and it was wrong the third one had everything on it but tasted rancid in the mean time my fries got cold. I asked for a refund she asked me for a receipt I told her I wasn't given one or even asked if I wanted one. Customer service sucks everywhere these days! So sad!
