Did a curbside order that should have taken 5 minutes but took 15 minutes and I had to walk in to get my order. This isn’t the first time the service at this McDonald’s has been poor. Just go to a different McDonald’s.

Whoever is working the kitchen doesn't know how to read!!! This McDonald's used to be very good but they have new workers that cant read & will mess up your order...they used to have nice young people working there now its just people with attitudes messing up food!! Corporate please train these people because the manager isn't managing anything I ordered a chocolate shake barely any chocolate & a smores mcflurry they gave me an oreo one, they day prior they forgot my food & when I finally got it, it was cold, next time they mess up ima just call the health department because they food wasn't even up to temp!

Probably one of my more enjoyable mcdonalds experiences. The only flaw i saw was the soap was out in the bathroom and the faucet barely ran water. Oh and the wireless hargers didnt work for me but idc about that. Other than that the bathroom was big and spaceous for what it was. There was alot of seating and fairly quiet

1. CLEAN YOUR FRYER. Your fries always taste like dirty oil, the health department would have a field day with you guys. 2. GET THE DRINK CORRECT. you order a sprite, nope you get a coke? DR. Pepper, actually you can have a coke. They dont tell you but it's a coke and they’ll slam the window on you when you try to get the correct drink. 3. Why is the patty hard? It's not burnt or frozen or even stale, I can't explain what you've done to do this. I usually go to a different one but every couple months I hope something has changed and I can go to the Mcdonald's closest to me but then you remind me why I drive out of my way to get my lazy dinner.

The workers played jokes on people in the drive through line. They would pretend to hand you your food then stop just out of reach and stare at you uncomfortably. When I asked if something was wrong he continued to just stare at me. Then finally he just starts laughing and handed the food over. They did it to the car in front of me also. Very weird and uncomfortable experience….
Avoid this location. Constant Mistakes always some thing messed up.

Just a quick stop for some burgers. Hot, fresh and delicious. Sometimes you just have to have Mc'Y D's. Smiling and happy. Service here is always fast and friendly.

Dear Management, could you please provide a reasonable explanation as to why the shake machine at this location is never working? It is quite frustrating to be informed about this only 10 minutes after I have already placed my order. Don’t you think it seems like the employees are blatantly lying about it?
