I ordered the fish sandwich combo. I requested it to be cooked fresh. It was cooked to death! It was burnt and hard. Or it had already been cooked and thrown back in the grease! The cashier appeared to dislike her job or just people in general. Unpleasant experience!

I wanted to share this tip since this location’s day shift always leaves out the sauce at the drive thru:
If they skip your sauce, you can swing to the parking lot and order up to 5 sauces for free on the mobile app for counter pickup. It’s quick because it’s just sauce in a bag, and free up to 5 no purchase necessary!
Since they suck so bad at the drive thru you can also do this a couple times back to back, and get yourself 10 sauces to have a stash at work or home next time they decide at the window you’re not worthy of two!

It's McDonald's so I've come to just have much lower expectations than anywhere else but all I ordered was a fish sandwich and fries. The fish was hard and so was the bun. The fries were disgusting. I only made it through about half before just throwing everything away. Also don't love the fact a bag is just shoved at me either in the drive thru. Where's the customer service for my ridiculously overpriced meal? Once again, it's McDonald's and to be expected.

Did a curbside order that should have taken 5 minutes but took 15 minutes and I had to walk in to get my order. This isn’t the first time the service at this McDonald’s has been poor. Just go to a different McDonald’s.
The vanilla coffee I ordered this morning had a sour taste. I took a few sips and ended up throwing it away. Really disappointing.

Whoever is working the kitchen doesn't know how to read!!! This McDonald's used to be very good but they have new workers that cant read & will mess up your order...they used to have nice young people working there now its just people with attitudes messing up food!! Corporate please train these people because the manager isn't managing anything I ordered a chocolate shake barely any chocolate & a smores mcflurry they gave me an oreo one, they day prior they forgot my food & when I finally got it, it was cold, next time they mess up ima just call the health department because they food wasn't even up to temp!

Probably one of my more enjoyable mcdonalds experiences. The only flaw i saw was the soap was out in the bathroom and the faucet barely ran water. Oh and the wireless hargers didnt work for me but idc about that. Other than that the bathroom was big and spaceous for what it was. There was alot of seating and fairly quiet
