Went to drive through for the vanilla cones and I was surprised first the machine was working but the size of the ice scream is a joke. It was less than half what I used to get. McDonald's have jacked up the price of their menu and also have cut the sizes. Very disappointed with this location and I would not try it

Inconsistent. Food is amazing one visit and raw another (today). The service has gotten better because it used to be 30 minute waits and now its 20... The Best part of McDonald's is the fries but today they were horrible.

The manager doesn't speak or understand english. Went thru the drive thru and ordered food, telling him several him times what I wanted to get the WRONG FOOD! Then when you call back he wants to argue with you instead of just taking care of the wrong food order. What kind of customer service is that? NONE. To say the least the food was Cold. Wasn't fresh at all!!!

Quincy & Buckley location!!!! My one big suggestion is: PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS. Stop screwing up orders, this pisses me off when I get home and rely on them to make sure my order is ALL in the bag. I’m tired of driving back wasting my gas to get the rest of my order I PAID for and they ASSUME everything is in the bag. CHECK EACH ORDER before saying YES. I ASO HATE when you ask if my Sause for my nuggets in the bag and guess what, it’s not. I don’t work for McDonald but I guess I need to do their job now. There is no more CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore people just don’t give a F!

Was the only car in the drive thru. Still had to go to the extended wait area. Fries weren't cooked enough and cheese on burgers wasn't melted at all. Drive thu guy at 2nd window and kid who brought me the bad food were both unfriendly. I'll go somewhere else next time.
