My experience with this McDonald's which was on Saturday afternoon on June 14th at 3:00 p.m. I purchased a crispy sandwich lunch with medium fries and a large Coke. The only good thing about the meal was the drink. I needed to heat up the fries and sandwich. I've had bad experiences before with this McDonald's iliff and Blackhawk a restaurant that opened a little over a year ago I will never return this restaurant again get employees speak English I know what they're doing

I stopped here to use restroom and they have doors locked with a sign on door that bathrooms are for paying customers only. So, I don’t eat McDonalds like I used to when I was younger and not health conscious. I’m sorry but to force people to pay for something to use the restroom is disgusting to me ! It’s McDonalds after all !!! I paid for a small shake and paid $4.53 for a small shake that I will give to my friend! What has America come to ? That we have to pay to use the bathroom. Luckily for someone else I was able to open the door for another person without her needing to buy something to use it !!! Shame on you McDonalds !

While working projects all over this area of Colorado,this McDonald's has become one of my favorites. Food is hot and served quickly. The people at the drive thru are friendly. Please turn up the volume at the drive thru when traffic is heavy.

Im only giving this McDonald’s a 5-star review for service because Destiny deserves to know she did a wonderful job! I wouldn’t recommend coming during dinner time - they are understaffed.

I usually order McDonald’s delivery once a week, and about 2/3 of the time they screw it up. How hard could it possibly be to make a burger plain and without onions, pickles, or mustard?

The food is fine and the employees I don’t really have an opinion on but Jesus If this isn’t one of the slowest McDonald’s ever! Took 25mins for a happy meal.
The lady working at 7:00 a.m. today treat me like a homeless person or something. I ordered an eighth I needed the bathroom and she wasn't going to give me access to the bathroom cuz she thought I was homeless. I go there every morning to eat. She saw me waiting to ask her something to and totally ignored me for a couple minutes

I am appalled that the McDonald's franchise allows other McDonald's to soil there name. This McDonald's doesn't know what customer service is. I've stood at the counter waiting for up to 10 mins for an employee to help me and they know I'm there they are looking right at me. When I paid for my order and didn't get 2 things I ordered they called me a liar and told me I didn't purchase it. Until they finally found my transaction verifying my version. After being called a liar I got a free fry. This place should be shut down. Do not go to this location it's ABSOLUTELY disgusting

For whom the male manager that is wearing a white shirt, black hair, with glasses. He is currently working as of this very moment, 3:23pm (1523) on 10/05/2024. Well, if someone were working customer service, don't you think customer service should be involved? I did not get greeted nor get acknowledged. May be petty in some eyes, but sometimes customer service makes a difference; even a fellow hello. At least whoever prepared the bag, good job ?. Any who, have a great day and be safe, always! ?
Parking: Free parking, plenty of parking. Shared parking lot with two other businesses.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair friendly, only one parking spot for wheelchair.
