While working projects all over this area of Colorado,this McDonald's has become one of my favorites. Food is hot and served quickly. The people at the drive thru are friendly. Please turn up the volume at the drive thru when traffic is heavy.

Im only giving this McDonald’s a 5-star review for service because Destiny deserves to know she did a wonderful job! I wouldn’t recommend coming during dinner time - they are understaffed.

I usually order McDonald’s delivery once a week, and about 2/3 of the time they screw it up. How hard could it possibly be to make a burger plain and without onions, pickles, or mustard?

The lady working at 7:00 a.m. today treat me like a homeless person or something. I ordered an eighth I needed the bathroom and she wasn't going to give me access to the bathroom cuz she thought I was homeless. I go there every morning to eat. She saw me waiting to ask her something to and totally ignored me for a couple minutes

I am appalled that the McDonald's franchise allows other McDonald's to soil there name. This McDonald's doesn't know what customer service is. I've stood at the counter waiting for up to 10 mins for an employee to help me and they know I'm there they are looking right at me. When I paid for my order and didn't get 2 things I ordered they called me a liar and told me I didn't purchase it. Until they finally found my transaction verifying my version. After being called a liar I got a free fry. This place should be shut down. Do not go to this location it's ABSOLUTELY disgusting

Well, if someone were working customer service, don't you think customer service should be involved? I did not get greeted nor get acknowledged. May be petty in some eyes, but sometimes customer service makes a difference; even a fellow hello. At least whoever prepared the bag, good job ?. Any who, have a great day and be safe, always! ?
Parking: Free parking, plenty of parking. Shared parking lot with two other businesses.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair friendly, only one parking spot for wheelchair.

They have to pay a security guard to fend off all the homeless drug addicts and there's not much seating in the restaurant! Double drive thru lanes and open late! The steak mcgriddle is actually pretty darn tasty and good! The service is fast but I spent almost $20 on breakfast? Too expensive for what you get!

It was a good McDonald's when it first opened but has gone down since. My last visit, customer service was barely there, whatever I'm ok with that I understand dealing with people sucks, got it. However my food was not even close to what I was expecting. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I only received half my fry box filled up with room temperature fries and my sandwich was basically a chicken nugget with one pickle and half a teaspoon of sauce between bread and I wish I was exaggerating. The best thing about this order was the drink.

Asked for unsweetened ice tea and had to repeat it 10x and guess what I got. Sweet tea. As a diabetic that can have zero sugar I have to now spend the night in the hospital.
