I ordered online, and when I got there I told them my order code, and the guy seemed confused. The guy asked me to repeat the code I did he asked what my order was, then asked me my code again, I told him again and what my order was, he was still confused, he then asked me for a forth time, them asked me to pull to the first window. This is where I sat for five minutes repeating my code and order, to which the just gave up and just pushed me through to the second windows. I waited here for a another couple of minutes when I was given the order but no receipt and receiving attitude for the worker when she handed me my food.

Slow, and no one really acknowledges your existence when youâre in line. A simple, âtheyâre making your fries atmâ or something like that goes a long way. It is McDonald's, so my expectations were low, but prob 15 minutes for two combos when I was one of two cars was a bit excessive. đ€Ł

I placed a mobile order and asked for extra ranch. When I picked up my order the lady kept insisting that I pay and I told her why donât you change it on the mobile app ? I wouldâve been more than happy to pay but on the app. I placed my order on the mobile app for a reason, so that I donât have to pull out my debit card. I left very unhappy and honestly you guys need to either fix the mobile app or just hand out the damn ranch. Wonât be coming back here EVER again.

I was just there and ordered in the drive thru after explainig more than 3 times to the guy speaking spanish our language as well the order came wrong we ordered a combo and an extra shake never got the extra shake after waiting for our order more than 5 min the lady that gave us the order told us we had to go back again and order one more time so sad .

The âownerâ responded to my review with a bad link. They do that so people think they are trying to fix problems but they are not. The link makes you put in a case number which no one has by doing a review.

This McDonald's messed up my order quite a few months ago so I hadn't been back. I go back this morning, and what do you know, they messed up my order again sigh... I would open every item if you go to the drive-thru to make sure they get it right đĄđĄ.. not to mention the bacon egg and cheese biscuit they gave me instead of the Egg McMuffin I originally ordered was cold.. this was around 9:30 a.m. and they weren't even that busy smh...
I come here every other day usually for breakfast and lunch time i like coming here especially since itâs close to me BUT when the lady at the drive thru with the glasses named VERONICA is there taking orders makes me not wanna come back sheâs very rude unfriendly and unprofessional every time I have gone she has raised her voice at me and I let it slide once but this has been the 4th time I have been mis treated and I know Iâm not the only ones because her coworkers have expressed that she does that to everyone I love coming here but I will no longer do so if I keep getting bad service from her

I remember taking my toddler to McDonald's Playhouse almost every day so we could meet other people and kids. His favorite was the ice cream cones and what he called Chicken burgers.
