I’m not the type of person who gives reviews if I give a review either the customer service really really sucks or it’s really really good in this caseThe service here is horrible. I go way to the McDonald’s on Havana to avoid this McDonald’s. They are always so rude especially the lady at 6 o’clock in the morning if you wanna have a good Monday morning and a good cup of coffee, try Starbucks or a different McDonald’s this will mess your entire week up come into this McDonald’s. The customer service sucks. There’s no one in the drive-through when you come, but you always have to wait. Five minutes for coffee

I am a frequent diner at McDonald’s since it is very convenient and the rewards points are easy to earn. It helps to have a reliable spot to go late night and early morning. But, sometimes I have an opportunity to visit during the daylight hours, and I got to meet Jacqueline on her first day. By far, the best service I have received from a McDonald’s and I hope they never lose their spark and desire for providing quality customer service.
Also, I was here in the past and my order was missing an entire sandwich. The manager, Bennett (if he is still there ), was very quick to respond, and he even called me to make things right. This location has been the best experience out of any location I have been to thus far.

Not sure what the issue is, but I have more problems at this location than any other McDonald's, at least with the app. In the last 3 days. Missed item. Almost 10min to get food ready after checking in and unable to order in the middle of the day.

My family doesn't really come here anymore like we used to, The workers just got too young and grumpy and your orders are not always what you want, Than that's when your horns began to come out and you get 😡. Which is not the best thing to happen and maybe it's time to make your own hamburgers at home.

Nothing wrong here. Just posting to reference the importance of putting what is ordered in the system. If you put BBQ sauce and someone orders Buffalo. Your numbers of sauce are gnna be wrong.. you're gonna run out of buffalo sauce, but have no record of them being put in the system and then have a bunch of BBQ in the store but in the system it shows different. Doing that reflects on the team. It's just a bad habit and should be recognized.
