This store is the most disappointing mcdonalds i know .. they letting the ppl took someones order without checking it and the foods is hard and toast sometimes .. overall the service is soo disappointing never recommend this store

Rude drive through staff. Opens window tosses food out and instantly closes window. Didn’t get my full order so I had to know on the window to get her attention again. She gets the rest of my order and tosses it out the window. RUDE! Won’t be back!

The male that takes the card is absolutely horrible. My friend and I went through the drive through and when we got to the window to pay and he was immediately rude. We didn’t respond right away when he asked to REPEAT OUR ENTIRE ORDER, and he responds with “I don’t play. I’m here working. I’m not doing this.” I’ve had problems with this male multiple times and it’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s not even 10 in the morning, and all I’m trying to do is get some breakfast. You work at McDonald’s, serving people. Be better. I’m absolutely disgusted with his attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would. Drove through ordered a happy meal and 3 extra sandwiches with a large fries. They had me park. 15 minutes later they bring me the wrong order and take my receipt. I ask for a manager but they were too busy. The two employees I did deal with are gentlemen and very considerate. I think the managers need to go back to school. I did just report this location through the contact us page online.

Ordered for coffees got four sugars when I asked for four each had to go Go back to try to get sugars for my crew and still didn't get enough luckily we had a customer who was more than willing to give our crew sugar for their coffee..
The customer recommended another location in the opposite to direction very poor customer service.
