went to get some Mc.donalds this morning and the person getting my order was great but then at the window to pick up food they forgot one of my items i saw it and told them and all i got in return was a eye roll and sigh. they came back with it and was asked if that item was the one that i was missing and i said yes thank you and i get another eye roll and no reply. hashbrowns were also not cooked all the way.

We ordered through the mobile app, came through the drive thru and gave the code and was told that my order was cancelled and had to pay again!? Mind you my card was charged already. There was a really rude manager and two other girls at the second window. I placed my order on time and did not place it after breakfast hours. I payed again for my food and i waited almost 45 minutes for it. Rude customer service here.

I hope corporate reads this: Honestly I despise McDonalds since the Arch Deluxe went away however the kids love it baa-baa baa baa baaaa.... This location is not the greatest but something amazing happened here today: 11 Chicken Nuggets AND they screwed up the Order, First thing we noticed, Coke Instead of Dr Pepper. The young man who came out to the waiting for food parking spots said no problem and immediately came out with a Dr Pepper. We had also noticed no BBQ sauce in that time and I said hey would you mind when you bring out whomevers next order could we also get some BBQ sauce. He said no problem again and was back in no time with BBQ Sauce. This young man whoever he is I would hire in a heartbeat to work at my company. He exemplified service and friendliness. This interaction and take away alone made me proud there are human beings in this world that no matter what job they are doing they are positive and cordial doing it. Waited 25 mins in the drive thru for 1 order, that I finally got after they tried giving me 2 other peoples order. Then another 15mins for a manger to talk to. No one was there and it was not busy at all.
