I’m a little skeptical of eating more than an egg McMuffin for breakfast from here, but we were pressed for time and my kiddo was bordering on hangry. Apparently the Big Breakfast hit the spot. The “steak” looked like a hamburger patty to me, but it was grilled along side some onions and seasoned to perfection. Well, fast food perfection anyway. We also had caramel Frappes, which are always tasty. By the way, my Egg McMuffin was delicious as always…. It’s a solid choice, but are they shrinking in size?

First off the guy in drive thru 12/19/2025 10pm overfilled my drink and spilled in my cup holder. Then I get home fries are nasty cold (disgusting) and then the box for my Chiken McNiggets had some food stain like they were going to use it for something but then didn’t or maybe it was just a dirty box they put the McNuggets in and then passed it on to me-GROSS!!!!! I was so disappointed and grossed out when I got home to eat my food and this place should be ashamed of themselves for proving this poor service and food. I hate going to this location but it was convenient tonight and I’m so sorry I chose to go here. I wouldn’t recommend this location and I will not return! Get it together McDonalds now so see why people got sick because you all don’t care about the food your serving and containers.

Ordered from Doordash, and three different dashers canceled cause the cashier wouldn't give them the food without a nonexistent code. Now I'm out the money, and the food. Trash.
I have the service a two because I just went for lunch and I came late to class due to this lady being on her phone while my order just sat there.

Listen, they're often busy and dont have a ton of staff all the time. But when they make mistakes and you're polite about it, the manager will usually give you a free meal card. Also, they'll occasionally throw in extra free food that otherwise would go to waste. Yeah, there are sometimes issues, but again, often busy and shirt on staff. They really are doing the best they can with what they've got.

I really try to post the good "stuff" and just assume there was an underlying, legitimate reason that things were so bad. This one, I can't let go. The wife and I are doing some shopping, and I get the "I'm starving" from her. For those who haven't been with their significant other for many, many, many years, that means feed me now. And there are the Golden Arches staring down at us. We should have known by the fact they had one complete side of the lot blocked off. Then the wife notices that there weren't any garbage cans on the outside anywhere. That sucked since we usually hit the drive thru and eat un the truck. However, nothing mattered, but the food. I get my usual 2 cheeseburgers and her the nugget meal. I unwrap my 1st cheeseburger, take a bite, and it is crunchy. Not just stale, but crunchy!! I know it's just McDonald's and not Shanahans. I don't expect that when I eat there. This was something different. I'll stop there and hope you get the point.
