Why is it that when I ask for specific stuff, I can't get it until I ask a second or third time? Why is it that every time I go there, my order is not done the way I as. If I want extra ice, I would like extra ice. If I say no ice, I would like no ice. I will pay for the extra stuff that I get if I need to pay for it. I would like what I ordered the first time, not the third time, not the third time.

This mcdonalds location is very new and looks very nice, however like 6 people are working and it took me around 40 mins to get me my food. This is not fast food and you might aswell go to smash burger. This location sucks now do not go unless you want to wait and the fries were only 70% full and the burger was your average mcdonalds big mac. The icecream machine is mostly never broken though 2/5 to much of a long wait.

Ordered and paid for my food was told to pull around the corner and park in spot 1.15 minutes later we went in and were told that they didn't know what the order was. When we got the food it was stale and barely warm. Terrible service don't eat here!

Made the mistake of trying to redeem a coupon they mailed me. Can't use a coupon at the kiosk, so went to the front to order. Was ignored by no fewer than 5 employees behind the plexiglass wall as they all made eye contact and did nothing. Apparently if you don't use the kiosk they refuse to take your order. Left after 7 minutes. Never again.

If I could give less stars I would. It took almost 40 minutes for staff to bring us less than half of our order. I had to go inside to retrieve all 3 of our burgers. Another 15 minutes. Only to return to the car to find they were made wrong and there was 1 pack of ketchup for 4 fries. The fries were cold, not half warm. C O L D af.

The people and staff were great, the food not so much. McDonalds has never exactly been the epitome of quality, but the food has become so low quality in recent years it's not funny, the patties for the 2 burger deal are less meat than Brown and Serve breakfast sauage patties, and taste worse. Only giving them a good review because the staff was awesome!
