Take the drive through. The inside is clean but, has security guards, crazy homeless talking on dead phones, and I waited twenty minutes for food when I was the only one waiting inside (that’s was actually a customer). It’s colfax though so…. That part.

I can through at 11:50 on a Saturday so I WAS willing to be understanding. I used a code, ordered at the drive thru and paid with Apple Pay t the first window-first guy was SUPER friendly-i said no to the receipt because I never have issues with mcds! I got to the 2nd window and the dude shoved my drinks in the drink holder to me and said pull up to the next window as I was handing my husband the drinks he said again “pull up!” Leaned out the window and pointed. I drove forward and was waiting over 20 mins a long with the next 2 cars after me til that guy came out and tried to hand me cookies, I said that I didn’t order that and he looked confused and ask what I ordered so I said a couple things I ordered and he stood there looking confused and walked back inside. I watched a lot of cars come and go in the meantime while me and the 2 other cars waited another 7-10 mins then the manager came out with a nasty attitude and was saying they didn’t charge me and that I never ordered. I showed her my order in the app and she asked for my phone and took pictures, I also showed her that my bank charged me for the order. She said “you ordered ALL this?? Just now?” I said yeah it says yesterday because now it’s after midnight! And she rudely said “okay ima bring the order!” And slammed the window. The guy came out and the girl was waiting to TWO COOKIES stopped him and asked where her cookies were and he ignored her. He walked to other car behind me and went back inside and got all 3 of our orders and brought us all the items. Not even so much as a sorry. Before I could even look at my order he went back inside. They messed up 2 of my items. The line was wrapped around the parking lot so I didn’t even bother…I usually let stuff go when it comes to fast food but this was ridiculous

Ignore the bad reviews they have CHANGED, the best triple cheeseburger of my life, and the wait... Was 4 minutes!!!! The food here SLAPS GORDAN RAMSEY works here inside these workers.

I have not been to this McDonald's in over 6 years and I love the upgrades it has. You walk in order with ease or you go straight to sit down scan table bar codes and order right from your phone while at your table. Fresh food brought up right to our table.The playground area was neat and very nice my toddler loved exploring the levels.Iyaelf had to get in there to help her on the third floor. Super fun will stop by again.
It is the closest McDonald's to my home, and a real disappointment, I went at 10:30 pm with my family and a small group of youth after a long day and we wanted to enjoy a nice dinner, since we love McDonald's, and I ordered a large order, the very nice young man took my order but made a mistake and did not charge me for 1 meal, which when it was time to give me my food, I was missing 3 hamburgers, 1st mistake I was missing 3 burgers, they gave me 2 and the 3rd they told me that the Gentlemen did not charge me for that meal, I asked the manager if I could pay for my 3rd hamburger meal and she refused, she even told me that she would give me the meal for free if I went around, I told her that I did not want free food, that it was a mistake of the young man who took my order because he did not give me what I ordered. but she refused and wanted me to go around and go back in line, it took me 15 minutes for them to take my order, and she told me that there were more customers waiting for their food, as if my time was not worth it ?, wow I am disappointed that at no time was I rude and I only wanted my full meals since we were a small group, and I could not have dinner because of the bad time they made me go through. What a shame that they behave like this. Very bad. The truth is that it did not make sense that she wanted to send me to turn around and be in line for another 15 minutes with my food all cold, to finally give me a free meal, instead of just charged me and give me my food since I was already there.

This is the second time I order from McDonald's This weekend through DoorDash. Two happy meals for my kids were missing toys and chocolate milk, I also selected sauces that I didn't see twice now. This is getting ridiculous, i paid for my meals. Please do your job and give me what I ordered. Yes, DoorDash did give me a refund, but I can't keep doing that because you guys messed up.
