I have not been to this McDonald's in over 6 years and I love the upgrades it has. You walk in order with ease or you go straight to sit down scan table bar codes and order right from your phone while at your table. Fresh food brought up right to our table.The playground area was neat and very nice my toddler loved exploring the levels.Iyaelf had to get in there to help her on the third floor. Super fun will stop by again.

It is the closest McDonald's to my home, and a real disappointment, I went at 10:30 pm with my family and a small group of youth after a long day and we wanted to enjoy a nice dinner, since we love McDonald's, and I ordered a large order, the very nice young man took my order but made a mistake and did not charge me for 1 meal, which when it was time to give me my food, I was missing 3 hamburgers, 1st mistake I was missing 3 burgers, they gave me 2 and the 3rd they told me that the Gentlemen did not charge me for that meal, I asked the manager if I could pay for my 3rd hamburger meal and she refused, she even told me that she would give me the meal for free if I went around, I told her that I did not want free food, that it was a mistake of the young man who took my order because he did not give me what I ordered. but she refused and wanted me to go around and go back in line, it took me 15 minutes for them to take my order, and she told me that there were more customers waiting for their food, as if my time was not worth it ?, wow I am disappointed that at no time was I rude and I only wanted my full meals since we were a small group, and I could not have dinner because of the bad time they made me go through. What a shame that they behave like this. Very bad. The truth is that it did not make sense that she wanted to send me to turn around and be in line for another 15 minutes with my food all cold, to finally give me a free meal, instead of just charged me and give me my food since I was already there.

This is the second time I order from McDonald's This weekend through DoorDash. Two happy meals for my kids were missing toys and chocolate milk, I also selected sauces that I didn't see twice now. This is getting ridiculous, i paid for my meals. Please do your job and give me what I ordered. Yes, DoorDash did give me a refund, but I can't keep doing that because you guys messed up.

I went just like 10 minutes ago and the guy that took my order was so rude I asked if we could make it a large but he only put a medium for the soda nothing else and he did not ask what sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets. And then when I went to the window for my food the guy just give it to me without saying have a nice day and just handed me the food.
So I stopped in for a late dinner and use the kiosk in the lobby I then realized I had tapped on "the dine in" Option on the kiosk instead of "to go" I walk up to the counter to advise the workers that my order would be to go and the response I got from a little pale looking manager who looks like she needs some sunlight and food good God well anyways her answer was "what"???!!! With attitude like I'm sorry this is America where we are polite to one another especially in the food and beverage industry I work in the food and beverage industry as well and would never respond to any of my guest that way maybe that's how they talk back in Mexico or Africa or some other parts of the world where pale looking little managers get off on being rude to paying customers I like to belive that mc donalds and walmart have the worst employees ever in the entire universe tell me not tho.

I just secret shopped this location! Great job team. The goal was to see the overall appearance of restaurant, freshness of food, how team deals with problem customers, team member and manager both did extremely well! So I reported 5* in all categories. Well Done team. I even ordered additional food. This is the best Mc Donalds in Aurora!

Very unsafe area, stopped after the airport during the day on the way to the springs and there were people begging for money in the drive through. I did not feel comfortable.
