This is getting old with this location the food is always trash . We shouldn’t have to drive to other McDonalds in order to get better food .. and warm at that. Straight BS . This management needs to take they’re job no seriously. We come to spend our hard earned money here at this place and it’s not fair that when I go personally as of late it’s been terrible . You guys need to get audited .

I ordered at about 9:15. My order came out at 9:31. The cashier, dressed like she wants to be a flight attendant, refused to give me my food till 9:40. My boyfriend finished his food and had to wait for me to get mine, which involves going up and asking them to hand me my order, which was supposed to be brought to the table. The cashier was rude and also hid her name tag. I have worked at several McDonald's locations and was even a manager at one point. People are fired from McDonald's for a lot less.

I called the store to speak to a manager. The rude employee answered. I asked for a manager. She said she was. She wasn't. She was wearing an employee uniform. Managers have more free dress and different uniforms at every location. She refused to let me speak to a manager and, when I told her I'd be reporting to corporate and knew she was lying, she got extra snippy . Don't go here.

I have been blatantly ignored several times at this mcdonalds by staff because i am not Hispanic. They look at you and walk away even when you are standing at the counter if you are a white person. I've had my food given to other customers and had to wait longer for my order to be remade. The food was cold and sloppy I didnt eat it. My sandwich was most likely a floor burger. How else do you end up with a shoe print on the bun? The store has security officers 24 hours a day due to the homeless in the area which makes it feel like I'm visiting a county courthouse. The store is gray and cold feeling inside. You must wait for a staff member to open the bathroom doors as well. No one takes your order you only do it from a kiosk which makes it feel so much more plastic than mcdonalds already is.

Meh'. Typical McDonald's meal. The reason I knock it is because it's right next to a liquor store with the typical cast of homeless characters. Even on a sunny day, it feels dark.

This location isn’t the best. I always get old fries, and horrible customer service. I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru, and they had me wait in a parking space for my food. I asked for some sauces and failed to receive them in my bag even when the employee said “ I got you “. I am beyond annoyed and dissatisfied with this specific location. They need new managers and night time crew! AND my stomach hurts.

I can never give mcdonalds food 5 stars but what was ordered was fresh and correct except the nuggets sauce. The atmosphere is E. Colfax so theres always something to see lol. But parking lot was clean and tgerewasnt anyone begging for money so ++

I have no problem pulling around to help with service time. I understand that it helps get other guests out fast. Where I have the problem is my food was ready and I was asked to pull up to wait for my drink (strawberry watermelon refresher). I waited for over 12 minutes without receiving my drink. I then had to go back to the window to get my drink, it was just sitting there. The lady at the window didn’t apologize just handed me the drink as though it was my fault or I was inconveniencing her. After all of that the drink wasn’t even good and my food was cold.

Food was old at noon, I’m unable to communicate that my food is cold with the staff because of the language barrier, both bathrooms are out of services and I’m unable to wash my hands on my lunch break. Tried to cancel my order but “no speaki Engli” also the restaurant is grossly modern and uninviting.
