Went today to get the mcdouble meal deal and ordered a plain mcdouble and ended up with a mc double with the hot and spicy sauce in it was the Most DISGUSTING bite i ever had thank god i had those 4 nugs and frys never returning to this location AGAIN

If I could give it no stars I would and if you’re having a bad day and you want it worse come here every single time I come here my order is wrong. The three times I got breakfast here my egg was green. Today I decided to not drive far. This was my order. They forgot my large drink and my iced coffee was just coffee.🙂 I still came back and asked for my large drink and a cup of ice. They still got my order wrong at the second window and never got my ice 10 out of 10 do not recommend

It is obvious why all of you work at McDonald’s. Really crazy how you manage to get something wrong every single time! it seems intentional.
If you a out roaring crowd all the time you’re definitely doing something wrong absolutely horrible location won’t even give me a refund for food I clearly ordered through the app and showed the email of the form of payment and that it was today.. first this should just be shut down this location is in the middle of the worst areas in colorado for two all these people around here are very dangerous 3 if you can’t do the simple things to help with guests you really shouldn’t be a location anymore everyone that was here for over an hour and a half and I had to reorder again to even get attended to my money got charged twice and it will not go away I told the employees that and they just won’t get anything at all and the managers are not even wanting to face the issues and do the simplicity of doing a refund. Other visits have been fine but I am not sure what’s going on I need my money back overall from both orders I shouldn’t be waiting over an hour and a half for my food

Well at least Im glad I haven’t been the first one having this experience but I been here the last 3 to 2 days one day after the other in this location and I been ordering some breakfast before I go to work all 3 times I been having my food wrong paying a higher amount of money for a way small order all 3 to 2 times the wrong order and to add food was over cooked and the last time I was here everything was burned the bacon literally black and ask the lady to make sure the order was right they still gave me the wrong one do not come to this location

This place is so disgusting from the people work to the food to the roaches I saw crawling all over the counter! Do not go to this McDonald's I used to go there so much and now it is just terrible and I don't know why people even go here please stay away from here they are discusting the cashiers handle the food they don't wash their hands they handle money they go and put fries in the bags I watch it all because I'm very particular about my food so if you can don't go here! Anytime there was an issue before I remember the managers were so rude so it's just all around that all the employees act like they're too good to even speak to you and don't know how to speak English which is very unfortunate being that it's the USA! Just all around disgusting behavior from the employees to the food to the environment everything is just bad.

They have the DIY ordering board inside. In no other words that thing sucks! After messing with it for 10 mins. I finally called someone from the front counter to take my order. Ordering on that board is horrible when you have a special order to give. Like a Cafe Mocha with whipcream, Hot not cold.
