The kids enjoyed the play area
Feeling super disrespected. Waited 40 minutes at a table only to finally get fed up and ask for a manager to get a refund. (At this point we had been ignored and denied a manager multiple times) As we're getting the refund we see the order FINALLY being bagged after sitting there for quite some time under the heat tray. Did they offer us the finally prepped food and apologize as well as refund? Nope, they rudely refunded the order and then when I asked for the corporate number...read full review
