On several occasions I've been served the wrong food. I go thru the drive thru on a daily. This morning I asked for a #1 egg McMuffin and they gave me a Griddle I don't have the time to go around and let them know. Not Good........!

I placed an order here the other morning on the mobile app and got the and got there waited for over 5 mins. Still no one came to me I told them I need to leave and they need to refund me back please. The manager apologized and I still have not received one and plus this morning I got charged again for that same order. The phone goes straight to voicemail saying it has not been set up so I unable to talk to anyone there. FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Mcdonald's needs to work on training their staff. Customer service os none exsisting.
The fries were fresh but the chicken wrap was dry. The kids play área was a sauna it was so hot. My daughter had to keep taking breaks from playing bc it was so hot. Everyone complained to the staff about it.

I took my grandchildren here and told them we would have ice cream but of course true to McDonald's habitual the ice cream machine isn't working. With very disappointed grandchildren I tried to compromise and get them shakes instead which was expensive!! There should be a sign posted on the entrance doors so that customers are aware ahead of time if the apparently Cheap ice cream machines aren't working, so that customers that were set on having ice cream will know ahead of time and have the choice to go somewhere else! Lesson learned I will ask first before ordering food and enjoying our meal with the anticipation of ice cream to follow. Grandma's do not take kindly to their grandchildren disappointed on the day out with grandma.
