We tried ordering in the drive thru and this lady said she wouldnt take our order and its not like we were messing around or making fun we were very hungry and trying to get some food and we were trying to decide what to get and she said she wouldnt serve us. Very bad service, food dry, everything there is bad

Ordered a number 7 regular size the girl that took my order was very rude she proceeded to tell me what is a regular size they only serve medium and lg and didn’t answer me back when I said regular so I pulled to window and she opened it and told me she didn’t have to take my order I wasn’t rude as she proceeded to tell me I was my son was with me and refused to take my order so I pulled next window. The manager nos me I’m a regular there and the girl continues to tell me I was rude when I wasn’t she must be miserable working there and should no customer service is #1 the Manager and the other 2 employees at second window have great service skills and got me my order she needs a new job or more training

I understand that there are more youth in these type of environments and workplaces. However, it is vital that they understand that everyone who chooses to spend their money at a restaurant, whether it's a drive-thru or dine in experience. They deserve to have their meal fresh, served with respect remembering that people work hard for the money they get, and not in this industry they should be grateful for every person who comes through there to spend that hard-earned money on a meal. I believe that they forget if we don't spend our money there they don't have a restaurant, and we have other choices as to where to spend our money even if we don't like the other options as much. We will go where we feel respected, and like the restaurant and staff appreciate the fact that we chose their restaurant over all the other ones. My visit to that particular location have lacked that, severely.

This place is listed as 24 hrs. But there's been multiple instances where I come after work, between 3 an and 4 am. And they try to tell me their closed. While the employees are sitting in their car with the headset absolutely ridiculous
