Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

We went tonight and had a good time. When we were about to leave my 6 year old said he had to use the rest room really bad. We ask for the key and was told that he couldn’t go in because they just mopped. He was about to cry saying he was going to pee himself, I pleaded with her to let him go. She just said sorry and went and hid in the back room and started talking about us to the other employee. I begged the other employee and she told us she was sorry and to go find other place that was open nearby. She was a little nicer. Keep in mind he is about to pee his pants. We were lucky to find a very nice person at noodles and co to let him go…even though they just mopped! So disappointed in the heartless they showed him, surely they could have used a towel to dry it fast for a little kid? ?

My best friend and I went in here tonight to get a treat after a long week and the service here was AMAZING! Annaleah greeted us the second we walked in, she was so unbelievably kind and welcoming. The store was so clean and the workers didn’t seem at all frazzled by the busy environment. We will absolutely be coming back and it’s the customer service that made it. Annaleah was so friendly and bright I just had to get her name so I could write a review. 10/10 what an amazing experience.

Every time I come here the services is awful. They never restock on the toppings ever and when I ask if they have more they say everything they have out is what they have in a very rude manner. Before I used to love this place everything was clean and always stocked and the service was very helpful. Now the last two times I came here has been dreadful. Service was rude and inattentive, it’s very messy, and all the toppings are always gone and never stocked and when asked they give the same response instead of being helpful. I understand that it could be the last few items but the service could say it in a nicer manner than being completely and utterly rude.

Went there with family, youngest person being a 7 year old. Multiple of us got chocolate and found pieces of HARD plastic in it ? we counted 3 pieces in 3 different cups before everyone who had chocolate threw theirs out. The other flavours were amazing, to be fair, and no plastic was found in any of them. When I let the cashier know that we found plastic, her response was “well there’s nothing I can do about it.” It seemed like she also didn’t fully believe us. While I acknowledge that this is most likely not her fault, I would’ve appreciated at least an “out of order” sign on the chocolate froyo machine so other people don’t eat plastic and potentially get hurt. The employee on duty prepared a snow, licked it, then placed it in the refrigerator where the ones that customers buy are.

The reviews are right, the place is fine but the yogurt itself is not very good. Some flavors have an odd taste and some are almost watered down? Great toppings, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff at this location, but the yogurt is meh.

Arrived at this Menchie’s at 11:25 AM waited five minutes it was supposed to open at 11:30. My little kids and I sat outside in the baking sun for over 10 minutes before we finally gave up and left. If you’re going to be open at 11:30 open up at 11:30 if not change your opening hours. We drove 20 minutes to get to this location. Very disappointing that we had to turn around and leave.

Worst frozen yogurt ever! The chocolate is just like eating something cold that is colored brown. Has no flavor at all! The cookies and cream was disgusting. This stuff is not creamy at all!

The yogurt is very delicious and that's why I like to come here... but I've been coming for more than a week and a half and they still don't replace the chocolate that's put on top... and it's true if you come at night they won't. You find all the flavors...they should review this issue with the manager since one comes expecting to find what one wants and that is not the case.

I purchase about 8 quarts of frozen yogurt per week from Menchies on Havana, Aurora. The flavor selection is very good-I order the low carb and/or sugar free flavors. The staff is extremely accommodating, with their goal to make it as easy as possible to place and pick up my orders. I can call them in advance to check on flavors, and to let them know when I want to pick up my order. Of particular note are employees Anna and Brianna, both who are very helpful.

We're here on Monday 9/25 at 7 pm. We walk in and the girl is sitting on the ground on her phone. What?! This young lady needs to be retrained. Her lack of customer service and attitude towards my husband and me was enough to make me never want to come here again.

Nice place to enjoy with the family, my children were delighted with the place
