Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I’ve been here many times and have never had a bad experience. They usually have a good mix of flavors and the toppings are always full.

Almost didn't stop because of the reviews but this place had the sample cups, all machines working and the people working here were super nice 🤷🏽‍♂️

3 months ago i would have given 5 stars but...... it has gone downhill in all areas. Cleanliness & lack of product are the biggest problems on a regular basis. So we went to DAIRY QUEEN who gets 5*****

this place used to be my favorite!… And then something happened. They no longer put out sample cups, they’re always out of flavors, and the staff is not nearly as friendly or helpful anymore. I don’t know if there was a recent change in ownership or management or what, but tonight was strike two. The two staff members on duty, while eating their own fro-yo, were whispering about my family and I as we made our deserts. I had picked up some spoons so that we could drop a little bits of the fro-yo into our big cup and sample them, since there were no sample cups, but it seems they thought that was unacceptable. and they were out of Magic shell and hot fudge (again). maybe it’s time to find another family dessert spot.

This used to be my favorite spot. I am rarely going there anymore. Customer service is the worst. Stuff is just standing there chatting. They wont check me out until I ask them if they are ready. Even when they check me out, the lady still chatting. The tops are dirty. Many many times they don’t have chocolate, and will blame it on the morning shift not refilling. This place ised to have very good energy, now it’s more like a Seven-11.

The store was filthy. 4 employees standing around with take out from somewhere else half eaten at the register where you weigh your yogurt. 🤢🤮 out of 4 flavors including vanilla. Gross

The manager was disrespectful to staff and customers. Do not recommend due to bad management.

Manager told staff to fill up the cup less than halfway for delivery order. I have ordered a medium from other locations and they fill them all the way. This is not a medium frozen yogurt.

unbelievable and extremely disappointed. we asked if they had a couple of sample cups and the manager immediately said “no we’re out” and then proceeded turn around to tell her employee that they’re not actually out and that she just didn’t want to give them to us. AFTER we checked out and started eating our yogurt, they restocked the sample cups. while we were still eating there. rude and ignorant.
