One of the best Mexican restaurants in the Denver Metro area. There are a variety of house-made salsas to pair with your food which is lovely.
I got the Machete - half suadero, half asada. Asada was just okay, but paired well with the salsas. The suadero was excellent, I will definitely be trying some suadero tacos next time I come in, as well as some other proteins.

I had a machete with huitlacoche and adobada. It was all good! The adobada could use a little more flavor, but it was fine because the tortilla was so amazing it more than made up for the adobada.
