Chocolate shop inside Stanley Marketplace with modern, gorgeous chocolates and seasonal pastries. The hazelnut bar was amazing and beautifully layered. Bonbons were super pretty, gift-worthy, and ship well. We also tried the tiramisu, which was rich, light, and absolutely delicious — a perfect balance of coffee and cream.

This is the best chocolate I’ve had in Colorado. The 40% goat milk chocolate is super smooth with notes of vanilla that complement the milk very well. The cookies and cream is like you had a cookies and cream milk shake and put it in a chocolate bar.
The reason for 3 stars is because of the misleading packaging.
I liked this place so much I went to buy 6 bars for friends. Those friends told me what they liked, plain milk chocolate and white chocolate. So, after having already a couple chocolate bars in my hand, I pick up what appears to be (and labeled as) a milk chocolate bar and a white chocolate bar. Since I already had a couple of bars in my hand, I didn’t feel the back of them. I buy them, guy puts them in the bag, all good right?
No. I get home to find that these seemingly plain milk and white chocolate bars actually have pistachios and dried cranberries that were not labeled on the packaging. Turns out, neither of my friends who wanted them wants them anymore.
It’s the equivalent of ordering pepperoni pizza and finding out that they put pineapple under the cheese.
Label the products appropriately. They are misleading.

We came in today around 11 and bought 2 pieces. Works of art and fabulous to eat. The lady at the counter was friendly, professional and so informative. We will definitely come back.

Stanley is a welcome addition to the area, bringing great value with all the offerings it has—tons of little gems inside. Every time I come by, it feels like finding a new location. This time I discovered a great chocolate place offering unbelievable desserts with something for everyone.
I tried the truffles as a quality test—out of this world flavor! I also had a Canelé on the way out. It looked great and tasted even better.
When in Denver, this will definitely be a place to visit for desserts. Parking is plentiful—park on the east side of the building to be closer to their entrance.
