This place puts all uce cream shops on this side of town to total shame. Dairy Queen. Baskin Robbins & Cold Stone ain't got S*** on Milkroll. I honestly will not go anywhere else for ice cream ever again, that is unless it's a Mom and Pop type shop. Big brand commercial tastes like cardboard in comparison.

We ordered dairy free green tea, which was clearly listed on the menu, but were given drinks with milk. The servers said they don't have dairy free - no manager available to talk to. I asked if they looked at the menu - they said they don't make the menu. What a shame. Won't be going back.

The lady helped us was excellent, guided us through the ordering process. I got the tropical delight, and because mangos are seasonal I got strawberries instead. It was delightful! I also got mochi on top. 10/10 would recommend. They also have really good dairy free options.

The customer service was terrible I asked for help ordering ice cream and the girl told me I needed to wait until she had time and on top of that we weren’t greeted when we walked in the door. I’m intentionally driving to another place that serves roll ice cream.

Let me start by saying the date so you know who exactly is treating customers this way. July 9th, 2024 @8:50pm. I went in tonight and got greeted by two girls who came up to the counter to take our orders, the interaction started off poorly they did not greet us or ask what we would like to order. They began to make our ice cream and still did not say anything to us, she did not ask if we wanted it to go or for there, so they began the last ice cream. I asked for a lid for it to go. The girl sets the lid on the counter and sets the ice cream there too, I ask her if she can put the lid on and she tells me no that it’s not her job, she said I did not ask for the order to go but she never asked me from the start, assuming we wanted it for there. She continues to argue with me as she goes to sit down. We leave to pull out of the parking lot and the other young lady with the bun flipped us off from inside while she sat down. I am very unimpressed with the professionalism of these employees and the way they are behaving towards customers, this place has always been a favorite of mine and I’m sad to see the employee atmosphere go down hill like this!

Absolutely not. You pay for a sumo it’s equivalent to a medium. Not friendly at all. Save your money and go to actual ice cream shop.

I'll give it one star, ⭐️. Since the service was bad. There were two girls who really looked at each other and didn't want to serve us. They were sitting and they just looked at us and didn't serve us, I went with my friends and one of them asked them if there was someone who could serve us and they finally got up but with a face ...and they treated us in a bad way.
The milkroll was delicious, but the service was terrible ?

So glad I didn't pick Baskin Robbins!!!! The gals behind the counter making your ice cream are true artists. Leave a good tip!!! They work for it!

got the oreo flavor and it was so good! i love the toppings. the ice cream had a nice flavor, not too overpoweringly sweet. will definitely return
