Fresh fish!
such good food
My wife and I went for date night child free. Everything started off well. Got our drinks right away, menus, and placed our order. People who arrived after us started getting their food before us. We waited so long we almost got up and left. Then during our dinning experience no one refilled our waters or asked if we wanted anything else to drink. We were never checked on. We had to press the bell multiple times (waited for 15 min) just to receive our check. And we could clearly tell the older lady working didn’t like us. We usually tip 20%-25% every time we go out to eat and unfortunately we didn’t tip. Sushi was good but the service really made this place a NO for us.
Such a cute little place to go to. I was a bit surprised it was in a mall like area. But the food was great.
They have moved to a larger space in the same building. Same great sushi!
This is a must visit sushi stop! It feels way more genuine and the quality of the void is amazing, staff was very nice and the tab system was very easy to figure out. If you're thinking of trying this place-- just go! You won't regret it!
Just ok. Limited all you can eat rolls and sashimi. Nothing very special. I'd much rather get quality sushi and pay more down the road at Fontana. To each their own
My favorite sushi spot. The fish is super high quality, the service is awesome, and I it's always yummy af.
I have tried sushi and sashimi from all over the States and Misake takes the cake for best and freshest fish I have EVER had. The quality of sushi and food is as good as Japan if you have ever been.
I can not rave about this place enough and it deserves more recognition.
Charlene, the owner, is amazing and is incredibly knowledgeable about Japan, the culture and cuisine. Very personable and sweet to add!
This place blows Uchi, Sushi Den, any other sushi restaurant in Denver out of the water.
We are so happy with the service and the quality of fish we had last night! We tried all of the specials, including Uni, Toro, Monkfish Liver, Horse Mackerel, and Amberjack. Prices were reasonable & we will for sure be going back next time we visit!

BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT IN DENVER. I truly can’t put to words how incredible Misaki is! Their sushi is outstanding (the Firecracker is my favorite), and the service is phenomenal.
I’ve been here plenty of times, and the waiters are always super friendly, attentive and efficient. The owner, Robert, goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you Misaki!
The new space is so well decorated and cozy. Service was great and so kind to my almost 1 year old (who loved the sweet potato roll). Everything we tried was fantastic and the amount of fish we got was great value for the money.
WOW! An authentic izakaya atmosphere is hard to replicate and produce, but Misaki absolutely captures that warm, lively vibe.
The owners' passion is unmatched- from the decor to the food, every single detail exudes devotion. All of the chochin/lanterns and banners were imported from Japan! Additionally, there are a couple hidden gems on the menu that you would not find at the vast majority of other Japanese restaurants in the states.
The owners are so friendly and kind, I always look forward to seeing them. You absolutely have to go here on your next night out!
When I want Sushi I always choose Misaki! They have the best Sushi in the area. I have tried other places but I always return to Misaki. They have delicious rolls, nigiri, iniri and the tastiest crab rangoon I've ever had.
Misaki Sushi is consistently fresh and delicious every single time I go. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I typically order sashimi and nigiri because of the amazing quality and quantity of each item. Today I stumbled upon the strawberry mochi and was slightly disappointed when I was told they ran out :/ but before I finished my meal Charlene showed up and told me she would be making fresh mochi and to give her a few minutes (teary eyed emoji) When I tell you this is the most amazing creation I have ever tasted…The mochi dough is imported from Japan! The custard is like nothing I have ever had. Do not miss out on this amazing dessert. Thank you so much Charlene! Not that I ever needed another reason to return but now I have 2!
