What a joke! It doesn't take 20 minutes longer to make a California roll than frying Tonkasu. Waitress dropped off my tonkasu and just disappeared. 25 minutes later, another waitress delivered the roll. The presentation was lacking, and food wasn't that good. The place has potential but not run like this.

We had a great experience at Misaki Sushi! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. Everything we ordered was fresh and absolutely delicious. You can tell they put care into both the presentation and the flavors. We’ll definitely be back!

The people that didn’t fully know what gluten-free meant and both me and my mom got gluten by accident, even though we have celiac and they weren’t very apologetic about it and seemed like they didn’t really care which really sucks cause the restaurants are really cute

I was disappointed. I tried the crispy spicy tuna rice cake, and I couldn't find the tuna on it :-( At other places, there is usually a bunch of tuna on it, and smelt roe, but here it was more sauce and jalapeño's. I was wondering if they had forgotten the tuna. Also, the timing of our dishes was totally off. We told the waitress we wanted some Edamame and that the Vegetable Tempura and the Tuna rice cake was our lunch entree. The tempura came right away, but my dish came at least 10 min later. We even asked about it. So it was very disappointing 😞

We sat for 30 min without getting any water, food got served to the wrong table, the waitress never checked in with us besides giving us water. So after waiting 25 more minutes for our main food, we left. Horrible service.
