We waited for 10 minutes and the lady working there ignored us. It wasn’t busy, we were the only ones there. She then went to the back to hide for about 5 minutes. We just left. Did not get to try anything. Very disappointed.

I've never been able to eat here because every time I go the customer service is so terrible. Nothing beats standing there in silence while the counter person slowly puts donuts away. Not once did they acknowledge I was even there. Have a little courtesy and at least acknowledge when someone is standing in front of you for five minutes. What a joke.

I went in with my family and bought a dozen donuts. I told the lady at the counter that I would like 1 of each flavor. She told me there will be 3 extra to decide on since there were 9 flavors total. That was fine with me, but I wasn't paying attention as much and I was deciding on the 3 extra flavors with my family and was assuming she was putting 1 of each flavor in the box. When we got home, there wasn't 9 different flavor of donuts in the box. Some were missing or had four of the same flavor. We were disappointed. I wish I had taken a picture of the donuts in the box. If you come here, I definitely advised to pay attention to what donuts they are putting in the box when ordering the dozen especially when you want to try all different flavor of donuts.

The costumer service wasn’t great but the only thing you need is the donuts! Best flavors ever but the corn dogs are sadly stale and overcooked. The boba drinks were okay but I liked the cute cups only! Definitely get the donuts only they are yummy so donuts are a 10/10 … boba drinks are 4/10, and corn dogs are 4/10 from 10 being the best!
