Pricey but tasty food. Half a salad is pretty big. The blackend chicken salad was very tasty. A cup of tomato basil soup was also good.It's only a few blocks from my job, so it's tempting to go there every day.

I have eaten here twice now. The first time I had a salad which was really good, the next time I had a salmon curry bowl which was not. It's not very big and gets crowded during peak lunch time.

LOVE the food here! As someone who is on a strict pescatarian diet, this is probably my favorite place to eat (I order it about 3-4 times a week)I love the healthy salmon and tuna protein bowls that Modern Market offers. But, I do wish they could add a few more seafood options, maybe some shrimp ??

I've eaten at lots of Modern Markets during visits to Denver, and this new location has been the best one so far! I tried the Baja chicken salad and I'm pretty sure it came out looking better than the photos (too bad I didn't take one). It was so fresh and delicious! We also had a beef bbq bowl and kids pizza which was a huge portion (3 large pieces- half a good size pizza). They also have a lot of gluten free options including chocolate chip cookies- yum! The people working there were very friendly and the restaurant was immaculate. We'll be stopping my here again!

I am vegan and there were plenty of options. I had the roasted vegan build your protein bowl. The sides were the roasted veggies and the kale salad w/o cheese! It came with a soy sauce based dressing! It was delicious!

I've been to several Modern Markets in Colorado. I love their fresh make your own salads and pizzas. I want to recognize the excellent customer service I received yesterday. Madison, yes that's a guys name, was very personable and made our overall experience at Modern Market that much better. He's the kitchen lead but stepped up to help run the register at the end of the night. It's our fault, we came about twenty minutes before closing. They open till 9 pm so we got lucky and we were able to get a meal. We ordered salads and soups. We also got some cucumber juice, which is my favorite there. Even though it was still his first month there and probably the first time at the register he took our order and made sure he made it just like we ordered. It was a pleasure to meet Madison and everyone I know has only good things to say about this location. The inside was well lit and had plenty of room to sit comfortably.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetable choices for the salads and the pizza. I usually get arugula, avocado, jalapeno, red onions and some sauce and add some olive oil to make a healthy salad.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free banza bread for the pizza. It's a chickpea flour bread. Anything I have asked they have been able to accommodate.Parking: Parking is near the back, east to find off Colfax. If coming from the 14th, you have to take the entrance before Colfax and go all the way to the end.
