I came to the convention center here at Gaylord and at lunch time, I came to eat here. The poke bowl was really good, the soup had too much ginger in my opinion but it was decent, I just think the my over did it or maybe I got the concentrated bottom. I didn’t had to wait for a table and the service was on point. My Server came three times to check on me and I got my food fast. I’m glad I came here.

Nice restaurant, beautiful atmosphere even with a lot of kids around. Very good service, uncle T was great. Food was good for what we paid. Definitely we will go back.

Had a family dinner here since out of town family members were attending a conference. Although the server was friendly, everything took forever due to his timing in taking app/entree orders and how long it took for food to come out. We were there forever! Food we had was fine but nothing I would consider great. Next time we’ll go off site for a restaurant!

Food was very disappointing for such a nice place. The hotel is grand and wonderful but the jade is such a let down. Too salty, no tastePoke bowl was don’t but fish seemed like it was previously frozenRecommend sticking with the sushi dishes the Mongolian Bbq and Thai drunken noodles were not very good. Too bad the place has great potential.

Service was very slow. Drinks probably close to 15 min after order, 20+ minutes after done to get check... Bao buns were tough and not good. Drunken noodles worst I've ever had seriously the seasoning was all off, noodles rubbery, chicken texture all off as well... Of our server had checked in on us I probably would've asked to replace it with something more edible. Other food was okay... Felt pretty silly for going here when we weren't hotel gusts, just there for the ice show.

What a stellar evening we had for dinner last night at the Monte Jade. We were seated promptly and the care provided by our server “Mickey” left nothing to chance. He simply went above and beyond - he missed nothing. Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Whatever we requested he delivered. This set the tone for the rest of our evening. We enjoyed multiple small plates (which were outstanding) with the sushi and shrimp tempura hitting the mark ? with our wine choices. We finished with a large bowl of drunken noodles that was excellent!Overall our experience was memorable. The team at this restaurant cares about their customers and takes great care of them!

Stopped by for a quick bite - had no problem getting a seat at the bar. Enjoyed the California roll and tempura shrimp. For resort restaurants, the service was quick, friendly and food was good. They had a nice variety of appetizers and bowls, as well as cocktails.

We ate dinner here and loved this place! My only critique is for all the restaurants in the Gaylord. If there is a convention in the building, give hotel guests priority. I am paying money to stay there and don't want to wait to eat...Other than that, the service was great! The bartender was so nice and I'm upset I forgot his name! The Blue Wave drink was delicious! I wanted a second one but the first one hit hard! The pork belly bao buns were good, but the pork was a bit tough. Typically you think pork belly and it melts in your mouth. The shrimp tempura were my favorite! My boyfriend loved the spicy tuna roll as well!

Everything was very good. We loved it all. Joseph was very helpful in helping us decide what to eat and very friendly. He also helped us picked out our cocktails which were very good.

The ribs were over cooked and not hot. Chicken wings were served less than room temperature and the drumettes under cooked. Fried Rice was Tasty but not great. Pork buns about average.
