Moobongri Soondae Denver 무봉리 순대

Banchan was so delicious, fresh and crunchy. The beef spicy soup had a great flavor. I would recommend going with a group of people to share some of the more expensive plates.

The taste and texture of the soondae from Moobongri is very authentic and a notch above other Korean restaurants in town, chewy with details. Compared to other Korean restaurants, the soup here is pure bone broth, boiled to milky white, not overly strong or greasy and customers control the saltiness and spiciness per their preference by adding the condiments provided. The kimchi and radish are also very tasty. Here are their Soondae Soup Soondae & Pork Meat Sampler Combo and Ox Bone Broth with Brisket & Glass Noodles. Overall, soup and soondae wise, you will not be disappointed with this new addition to the local food scene.

My mom hasn't eaten much home style Korean food, so I decided to take her here to try one of my favorite dishes, Galbi Jjim. We both brought our husbands, and decided to indulge in their sweet braised beef ribs and their pork belly hinoki set with a side of pork bone soup. We started off with the pork belly set. I was hoping that it was going to come with a bunch of veggies, but ours came with steam cabbage. Nonetheless, it was simple and tasty. Our favorite dish was the Galbi Jjim. It was fall off the bone good. It was the perfect amount for 4-5 people. There were 4 of us, so we had some leftovers. As for banchan, they served us two types - cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi. Our service was quick. Jenny helped us out. The dishes definitely made my mom want to come back and bring my brothers. There's lots of table seating, and booth seating along the walls. There's free parking in the shared plaza - but it is limited.

most of menu were too expensive comparing to everything ! the quantity and the size of the food! were too short ,especially the big pot that is $70. was too short for two people and expensive ... it was unsatisfying . rip off I am not coming back ?

We got the spicy beef soup and the ox bone meat soup. The spicy beef soup was delicious and well seasoned. The ox bone meat soup was weirdly bland and tasted like water. There was no seasoning in it. I'm not sure if they forgot to season or it's supposed to be like that. The kimchi and pickled daikon were great.
