The taste and texture of the soondae from Moobongri is very authentic and a notch above other Korean restaurants in town, chewy with details. Compared to other Korean restaurants, the soup here is pure bone broth, boiled to milky white, not overly strong or greasy and customers control the saltiness and spiciness per their preference by adding the condiments provided. My mom hasn't eaten much home style Korean food, so I decided to take her here to try one of my favorite dishes, Galbi Jjim. We both brought our husbands, and decided to indulge in their sweet braised beef ribs and their pork belly hinoki set with a side of pork bone soup. We started off with the pork belly set.
