Stopped here after bday dinner at the on next door and had a blast. Youtube connect is definitely nice to have for all my friends. Will be back.

I saw reviews that they have an English songs folder but our room didn't not have one. So we were only able to use YouTube which is unfortunate because there's not an option to have a song queue. Their wifi was spotty so half the time, you have to wait for the connection to come back. The soundproofing is terrible so you can hear other rooms singing. We wanted go split bills so we couldn't order food or drinks in the room, can only order at the bar. No water was provided and when asked for a cup of water, they were pretty confused and unhappy about it.

Went for a friend's birthday and had a blast. They were really nice about letting us bring in a birthday cake, and just really nice overall. The seating is a little uncomfortable and the room felt cold (this was in April) but the pros outweigh those little cons for me!

Came here after dinner! And it was so fun!! We got lucky cause they had a no show, so i do recommend a reservation. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful!

hot in the rooms. youtube is spotty. made a reservation for 12, 6 ppl which canceled last minute. service is mid. asked if they can adjust the price to the 6 people and they said i had to call and let them know beforehand which i couldn't because they canceled last minute. paid for 12 people. have brought them so much business by bringing work parties to them for the past year. not coming back again after tonight. will find another place. save your money. they lack good customer service.

Omg! So fun for a birthday and they gave a great accommodation since we were a big group!

The vibe was ok, the food needs help.
Wish there was a wider selection of music, and the mic kept doing that high ringing thing.

Legit east Asian style, private room, karaoke! The machines seem to be from 🇰🇷 which adds to the experience but can also be trying at first. The bar serves up all kind of Korean drinks and shot deals which also adds to the overall experience. Had fun but the times slots are very strict since the places is quite small.

Worst establishment ever. Bar… bad. Karaoke… bad. Service bad. All you need is one of these events to be good. I’ve given this place 3 opportunities. 3 strikes… you’re out.

Very nice! The directions were very helpful, wish they had like a guide book to remind you how to do things. The mic volume really sucked and the YouTube sound and visual lagged a bunch.

Everybody had fun, but food was average and very overpriced. Sofas in the rooms were way past their prime. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was hot. A/C did not work well. They did bring a fan which helped but made the room noisy for karaoke. Fun place but could use some upgrades.

Love this place, great vibe and I like that you can use YouTube. Every time I come the staff is super nice.
