I will never return to this location ever again.The store is rarely ever open, even on Saturdays at 10am.Upon arrival i let the lady know that i have an online order to pickup, she then notifies me that they will not make the order. What business operates like this?We open when we want to, we only make the orders we want...Never again will i support this location!

Was an OK experience overall. Just a little disappointed in the amount of cream cheese that (didn't) come on our bagels. We ordered and paid for extra cream cheese and well, let's just say Panera gives more in their standard order. Staff member was friendly, although she was the only person there and it seemed she was a little overwhelmed and we had to go back and ask for a lot.. Napkins, knives, etc.

What a waste of money. My sandwich was under cooked. I guess since everything was done in the microwave it didn't get cooked as long as it should have my bacon was literally far from crispy literally a step away from raw, the eggs were super wet and runny then I ordered a muffin and the bottom of the muffin was doughy. Terrible. ? New management apparently. ??

Horrible place... I placed a large order 6 days prior to needing it. The order was confirmed right away then got a text the morning it was to be delivered that it was to be delivered at 8a, at 820a I get a text that the order has been modified or canceled and when I call My favorite muffin the phone is disconnected, I drive all the way to the shop and they are closed. Completly unacceptable. Do not order from this unreliable business.

Great muffins! Staff is not always friendly. I was trying to get my app to work to get my punch for buying muffins and the woman checking me out made me feel that it was all my fault,. Not the fault of their completely outdated app! And they still have COVID hours so it always seems that when I want it they are closed. Good food will only carry you so far, you really need kind and caring staff as well and to be open on Sundays!!!!

If u could give 0 stars i would. First i stood there for close to 10 minutes before someone took my order. Then once they did and i received it. It wasnt even close to the same thing. Cooked salmon is not lox. I went back and the girl said o this is what they got.

This establishment does not turn off its delivery platforms when it is closed, resulting in customers placing orders online and paying for them, causing delivery drivers to waste time, gasoline and mileage to go pick them up, only to find the restaurant closed. This is extremely inconvenient for customers and drivers alike. Youre wasting people's time and money, and its within the restaurant's ability to turn off their delivery services. Within 10 minutes of my communicating with delivery support, I watched 7 drivers walk up to this business to pick up only to find they could not. Poor business practices. Not to mention even the sign on the front door says 'Open' (see photo) though it seems Sundays they are regularly closed. If you know youre closed every Sunday, how hard is it to disable online ordering so as to not extremely inconvenience your customers and delivery partners? Will not be providing delivery services for this place moving forward.

Had a good burrito once from there. Ever since then, they get my order wrong. I order carne asada and get bacon or ham. They are missing my side of fruit in my burrito order. It’s really hard to get refunded through Uber eats and when I call they don’t answer. I also ordered once on a Sunday and was told my order was ready for pick up and then when I got there they were closed… probably won’t be back here ever again. Very very disappointed

First i hate when they make it look like an actuall restaurant in uber eats when its from safeway. Secondly for how expensive the order was it was not good at all. Barely any ingredients on it. Bagels were wrong. None of the paid extras were on it. Overall not pleased.
