I didn’t like the taste of food here, I have ate quit a few things here including chowmin, jhol momo, samosa’s, and I didn’t like the taste of anything, it has a gulio taste to everything. More like Indian style food than Nepali style, the only thing that was better was the veggie pakoras. Hugely disappointed. They put way too much ajina in your food as well.

Delicious Momos and wonderful staffs. Jhol momo is perfect for cold days!
Chow mein is easily my favorite noodle dish in the area. So many flavors!
If you are comming to denver then do stop here. Jhol Momos were awesome and chatpate were really Great. You will get the taste of Nepal. We tried thali and mutton curry. They were awesome.
Authentic Nepali flavored dishes at reasonable price… Family owned restaurant providing great service with a smile … loved it and will be back again…
Authentic food.the menu is very simple with limited food choices, but tastes like it’s made in your mother’s kitchen (IYKYK).
Chatpate was ok but thukpa chicken was the worst!!
This place is a gem. A small restaurant but gigantic heart of team who are family. The lady will not stop smiling and I bet you will just get good vibes. The food is so fresh. We ordered goat curry and chicken curry and also ate the Chatpatte.Definitely worth a visit. this family owned restaurant need enormous support.
The food at Nepali Mountain Kitchens is to DIE for. Fresh and flavorful. Fresh ginger, real spices, gorgeous naan, refreshing and sweet mango lassi. The iced chai is like a frozen dessert delight. Highly recommend. The people who run the restaurant are as warm and lovely as the food they prepare.
Restaurantji Recommends
Can’t meet my expectations. I want real taste of Nepali foods but I can’t find any taste. There’s not any good masala in MoMo .
The food here is excellent. We loved the pakoras, samosas, fried rice, chow mein, and paneer dishes. The staff is ridiculously helpful and accommodating. You can’t go wrong here!
I’ve never posted a review on anything ever, but posting this b/c I think it’s critical that people understand that Nepali Mountain Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Denver. The food is amazing—definitely the very top of the heap of Denver South Asian restaurants: terrific curries, best samosas around, chow mein is great, and do yourself a favor and order the mater paneer. And the ownership and staff are terrific: every time I interact with anyone from this business I’m amazed by their kindness and generosity. If you live in Aurora or East Denver, NMK must be one of your go tos.
