Today my husband bought some strawberries and cream from the lady (the owner of the business). The strawberry milk and cream was spoiled. So since my husband had just bought them we went back to tell the lady. 1. Because we are not going to eat something that smells and tastes rotten. 2. So that he would notice and not sell strawberries with rotten milk to another customer.
We went with the plan of changing the strawberries for a water or a mangoneada. When we told her, the lady started eating the strawberries in front of us, mockingly that they didn't taste bad. Then he made another girl try it in front of us (poor girl, the girl didn't want to try it and yelled at her to try it in front of us) then he told her the truth that it doesn't taste bad and the girl stayed silent. And what a bad boss who makes her employees try something, she doesn't even give her a new spoon with the same one we brought the strawberries to, she made her try it.
He should see a client's side and simply apologize and ask what he could do to make us feel good.
Of course we always go with her and this is the first time we have had a problem and I never expected her to behave that way.
I will never come back ! (and I know you don't care ma'am) because when I told him he said "bless God"?
And I did tell her that because she got ugly and defensive because she behaved. I don't need your false blessings returned for your business ?

This place is way over priced I paid $8.00 for 2 scoops of ice_cream then had them put in individual cups. The topping is the ice_cream was old and tasted like frost bite not good at all so disappointed.

Horrible service, the lady who attends to the customers is very rude! I ordered dori nachos and she asks me which chips I want and she shows me a green bag of Tostitos and, well, you have 2 different Doritos and she gave me the Tostitos as an option, I told her that those! Well, he tells me then you want Tostitos, not dorinachos and I asked him then what is the difference obviously the chips but the condiments and the lady who is so intelligent answered me "well look these are Doritos showing me the chips and I tell him if I understand and know the chips but if I ask her for dorinachos why does she give me the option of Tostitos? She is a lousy woman with no education and no experience of how customers are treated! Save your money and look elsewhere!?
