Woah. Honestly I’ve avoided trying Hawaiian food here because I assume nothing will touch what I’ve had in Hawaii but I stand corrected. This transported me. It was SO good and 100% authentic. I got the bbq chicken plate and added a side of stir fry veggies and my husband got the da mix plate and we loved it all. This will be a regular in our rotation.

I came here based on the high reviews but honestly walked away disappointed. While the staff was friendly and service was okay, the food was a letdown. As we waited, all I could hear was the microwave door opening and slamming shut repeatedly—which is never a good sign.

The chicken was the only thing that was halfway decent. The beef was really tough and full of cartilage, like they used the cheapest cut possible. The pulled pork was dry, bland, and honestly some of the worst I’ve had. It’s pretty clear most of the food is just reheated leftovers. I wanted to like this place, but the quality just isn’t there.

I am adding a photo of the transaction since you want to try to claim that I was never there and besides hearing nothing but microwave noises I know the taste of microwaved beef and it’s disgusting not to mention the hotspots that a microwave creates when you microwave beef

UPDATE:
After posting my original review, the owner responded by repeatedly calling my wife and me liars, despite the fact that I provided proof of purchase and even added a photo of the transaction to this review. I offered to remove both our reviews in exchange for a refund — something they initially said they’d consider — but they continued to accuse us of “sabotaging” their business instead of just taking care of an unhappy customer.

I wasn’t expecting a 5-star meal, but I was expecting some level of professionalism. Instead, I got passive-aggressive emails, accusations, and sarcasm — all over a $50 meal that wasn’t great to begin with.

You’re free to decide for yourself if that’s the kind of place you want to support. This review is staying up.

UPDATE – When Ego Comes Before Customer Service

After posting a 1-star review for what was honestly one of the worst $50 meals I’ve ever had, I expected maybe a simple apology or a professional response. Instead, the owner went into full meltdown mode — accusing me and my wife of being liars, scammers, and “Karen-esque,” just because we didn’t enjoy the food and dared to say so.

I sent them proof of purchase (an Apple Pay transaction screenshot), gave them the exact order we placed (minus the specific drinks — sorry, I didn’t memorize the soda fountain), and still they claimed our experience was “shady” and “suspicious.” They even offered to refund me through Cash App or Venmo — and then used that offer as part of their reasoning for not trusting me. Make it make sense.

Here’s the reality:
‱ I gave them a chance to resolve this privately.
‱ I provided valid proof and an accurate order.
‱ They responded with sarcasm, insults, and a bizarre public rant.

It’s honestly incredible to see a business with a 4.8-star rating spiral like this over a single honest review. Makes you wonder what happens behind the scenes when someone doesn’t post 5 stars.

The food was bad, yes — but the attitude, the defensiveness, and the complete lack of professionalism? That’s the real reason this review is staying up.

Good luck to the next customer who doesn’t love their plate. Hope you’re ready to be called a liar too.

We had No Ke Aloha cater our office lunch meeting, and everything was fantastic! There was plenty of food for everyone, and it was absolutely delicious. The setup was thoughtful and professional—they kept everything warm so it was ready to enjoy when we were. Ordering and payment were super simple and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for flavorful food and smooth service!

The food and the customer service are always amazing.! I like to order Da Mix and the hurricane fries. I love to stop by Launch Pad brewery (just a couple of doors away) and order food from No Ke Aloha. You have to try it.

This was some of the most bland Hawaiian food I've ever had. The katsu sauce being the worst things. I suggest you contact the people at Mo' Bettahs which is another Hawaiian food spot and ask them for fit for their recipe. This food was not worth the price.
