I haven’t been to a Noodles since I stopped being able to eat wheat, and the General Manager here was AMAZING! He was kind and patient and walked me through the many options I didn’t realize were available to me, as well as the precautions they take on food allergies. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but he is definitely an asset to the brand. I’m excited to return now that I know my options!

Food was gross ?, restaurant have so many tables dirty , water was coming from the roof in to the tables. Spent over $80 I was in love since 2005 but this company is going down to hell sadly

Tried the penne Rosa 15 dollars for a ridiculous portion the noodles taste like they were boiled in tap water and seasoned like Spanish rice 3 dollars for 50 cents worth of chicken. Just make it at home it's not worth it

I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, but we waited over FORTY FIVE MINUTES to receive our food. About 10 people received their food before us. The staff come by our table twice!! to say that they have told the kitchen to make our food. Terrible, terrible service.

I was really craving same mac and cheese. We did a pick-up order and unfortunately my mac and and cheese had no sauce! Just some shredded cheese and noodles. The pesto cavatappi was dry too and had a very small amount of tomatoes. They used to make quality food, I don’t trust this company anymore.

My wife and I decided to dine in and had a wonderful experience. The food came out fast and the staff were nice. They cooked everything well, veggies and pasta not too mushy. They also didn’t skimp on veggies, meat, or sauce. The nicest part was the manager, Billy.
Food was great, had the spicy Thai noodles dish. Had to put up a five star review because of the staff members, everybody was super accommodating. Special shout out to Billy, great customer service, awesome fella. Will be back

Came into noodles today expecting my usual experience but was blown away by the managers professionalism. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and served better then some high end restaurants I've been to. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemens name he went above and beyond. Give that man a raise, thank you.
