We had Nathan help us at the Southlands Mall location 6200 South Main St Aurora, CO 80016. He was so accommodating, patient and professional. He provided phenomenal customer service and wouldn't accept a direct tip. He deserved it. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to him and the great experience he gave our family

Not sure what’s going on, but this place smells like a toilet bowl in the evening. Perhaps they’re mopping with an old mop? I’ve tried eating here after work several times and it’s always the same smell.

I came in today for a quick lunch order. Veti was wonderful. She asked if I wanted to try something new and gave me a serving of the new Chipotle chicken pasta. Wonderful customer service and really nice people. I love coming here.

The prices. Wow. The prices! Noodles and company will eventually go out of business if they cannot bring their prices down for noodles. Sheesh.

I'm finally coming around and writing a review about this place. It's been absolutely terrible for a long time! The establishment is dirty, the staff is rude, young, and unprofessional. Pretty much every single time I've order from this place whether it's there or for a delivery my order is wrong and missing items. I finally called and was told, "there's nothing we can do about it and unfortunately we have a bunch of temps we are training."
