went to go pick up my order for the store to be closed for maintenance, how am i allowed to place an order if they’re closed 😭

I truly regret the disruption I caused by coming here. The staff seemed deeply engaged in their own conversation, and my attempt to order food was clearly an unwelcome interruption. The cashier did eventually take my order, but the sense that I was intruding never went away.

Each follow-up — from asking for a drink to waiting for my meal — only added to the awkwardness, as though I had imposed on their time. It’s not easy to sit there feeling like you’ve inconvenienced people simply by being a customer.

The food itself was unremarkable, but that hardly mattered compared to the overall atmosphere. One star, mostly for the lesson I learned: sometimes it’s better not to interrupt.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review for this location. I made a mistake with my order, but they were incredibly understanding and made the situation better from the moment I walked in. The friendly lady taking orders couldn’t have been more helpful, and I couldn’t thank them enough for their assistance.

My sister placed an order and went to go pick it up, when she got home only one out of 4 order was correct, when she came back to the store, they didn’t believe her and tried to get her to send them proof. They ended up not requiring it and remade the order. When she got home it was the wrong order again! How can you mess it up twice in a row?? Japanese Pan noodle and pad Thais are two separate things. They didn’t even bother to replace it or correct the original order. We ended up getting 3 random things we didn’t order. I don’t know who’s in charge but this is unacceptable, getting it wrong the first time is excusable but twice? Clearly you guys don’t care and this business should be looked at. Like who are the owners and where are they??

Well I was expecting more than I got! Servings
are small, poorly seasoned, just disappointing. My friend got the wrong order, so had to go back to get the right one. I ordered a Japanese noodle dish, forget it. If I wasn't Japanese, I'll go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and have always appreciated the hard-working staff. However, today I witnessed something extremely disturbing that compelled me to leave this review. To my surprise, I noticed there were already several negative reviews mentioning a woman named Paige—and now I understand why.

I have never seen someone in a managerial position behave so rudely and ungratefully toward their own team. The staff here work incredibly hard, yet Paige was dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional in how she spoke to them. It was honestly upsetting to witness.

As a manager, she should be setting an example, not tearing down the people who are keeping the place running. It’s clear to me that she lacks the professionalism, respect, and leadership qualities necessary for the role. Management should seriously reevaluate whether she is the right fit for this position.

i spoke with a woman named paige and i’m not sure if it was a bad day for her or not, but it was truly disappointing how rude and disrespectful she treated and spoke to me , I have never experienced such a lack of common manners . I come to this noodles and co regularly and after my experience with her I will no longer dine at this location. she should not be in a customer service position.

We had Nathan help us at the Southlands Mall location 6200 South Main St Aurora, CO 80016.
He was so accommodating, patient and professional. He provided phenomenal customer service and wouldn't accept a direct tip. He deserved it. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to him and the great experience he gave our family

Food was fresh and tasty. Could have been more flavorful. The service was prompt and we picked promptly. I got the stuffed pasta and that was a little dry than my liking.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie options but they can make it more flavorful than towards bland
