Went in 25 minutes before closing, had been traveling all day, and wanted to get a quick dinner to feed my family, we got our drinks, sat down, and when they brought us our food 17 minutes before closing tasks to us “We’re you hoping to dine in today? We close in less than 17 minues.” Never told us it would be to go.. never mentioned to me that they were closing the lobby. No signage saying so either. Only got one fork, and when we went to ask for more, they were all glaring at us. No impressed.

Food was good. Ordered online for eat in. They did seem busy, but why over 15 minutes past the time the app said my food was ready was my food actually ready? Then when I go up the counter did the girl straight up ignore me and help more people who slowly trickled in when I was waiting longer just to still ignore me and go to the counter to bag food again with acknowledging me. Being the only person standing there and having made eye contact while I patiently waited and I still had to get her attention when she turned her back to me. So beyond rude!

Updating my review to 1 star. This location has gone down hill lately. Food is not ready at the time it's supposed to. Order are always wrong. Just ordered the new pulled pork BBQ Mac & Cheese, they forgot the cheese. How do you forgot cheese for Mac and cheese?????

Waited over 45mins for my food. Let ppl know there's an insane amount of online orders before they order. Asked for an update after 35mins and they said they are still waiting. Yah,no shit, me too....

After waiting for 1 hour I asked for a refund. No one knew how to do refunds. They called the manager, and she left to her office to try and fix the problem, but it took her 30 minutes to come back to the register. Left with no food, no apology, and 4 hungry kids!

I placed an order on the phone and I made sure to tell them if they can add enough sauce cause lately when I order from them I keep getting dry noodles so I don’t know why I keep ordering from here, but I feel like trying to be a loyal customer But I keep getting dry noodles so every time I make my order on the phone I make sure to tell them to add enough Alfredo sauce because I keep getting dry noodles and the lady told me on the phone that they measure their Alfredo sauce so if I wanted extra Alfredo sauce, they’re gonna charge me and I told her I didn’t want extra sauce I just want enough sauce so I don’t get no dry noodles This been happening for like four years that I be ordering from this place it’s ridiculous that they don’t care about their customers I give them my hard-working money for them just to give me some dry noodles
