The food was good, the service was great, and the atmosphere was good. We had the chicken parmesan and the crispy chicken bacon Alfredo. Nothing special but we also got the chicken soup and that was very good.

Walked in to pick up my order that said it was finished at 8:32, I was told they was still working on it, so I sat down near the counter at 8:50 I was asked The name of my order again and then I was told by the same staff member oh that's been finished and given my order around 8:50.

unclean location , terrible service , stale food. i called to report that no one had delivered my food . No one answered. when I went in to report the concern, the manager opened with rolling her eyes and staring “we can’t do anything .”When she realized she had to refund me MY money she continued to be unhelpful and disrespectful.
please know how to manage and do your job . completely unprofessional. host had more experience/skill in customer service.

If ordering on DoorDash it is over priced (menu items) compared to going in person. Food is definitely not fresh(or attempting, I know it's a chain) . Tortelloni Caesar Duo was SALTY. The tofu I got in Japanese Pan Noodles felt old. So disappointing. The only upside is the food came warm.
