The meatballs tasted like plastic and cardboard. The bowl was only 1/3 full of pasta. There was more of the inedible meatballs than the edible pasta. Disappointed but I guess that's what this company is. $16+ for 1 crappy dish. It's not settling in my stomach at all𤢠The cost verses product is robbery. Gave them 2 chances. Fin.

The staff that helped me out today were so wonderful. I didnât mind waiting for my order, but the cashier thanked me for my patience and gave me a free drink while I waited. The food is delicious as well!

Noodles and meh. It's ok at best. My 10 yo always gets the butter noodles, and she likes them. The potstickers are ok. I don't know...it's just ok. Kind of pricey for some noodles with so so sauce on them. I can do much better at home. I generally go somewhere else for better food.

Walked in to pick up my order that said it was finished at 8:32, I was told they was still working on it, so I sat down near the counter at 8:50 I was asked The name of my order again and then I was told by the same staff member oh that's been finished and given my order around 8:50.

I order doordash whoever made my meal put my large noodles in my small salad bowl and small salad in large noodle bowlbno one answers the phone i didnt even get what i paid for

No one answered. when I went in to report the concern, the manager opened with rolling her eyes and staring âwe canât do anything .âWhen she realized she had to refund me MY money she continued to be unhelpful and disrespectful.
please know how to manage and do your job . completely unprofessional. host had more experience/skill in customer service.
