Nothing Bundt Cakes

NBC has been a lifesaver when thinking of a pick me up for office staff, parties, and just for fun. This location has been amazing with my orders online, in person, and for delivery. Most recently I ordered the limited edition Biscoff flavor bundt cake for game night and it was a huge hit!

I highly recommend that you NOT DO BUSINESS with this place!!!

I placed an online order for 4 small mini bundlets, 'not a special order'...the ones that they always have available in the store if you walk in...I just wanted them ready to go on Christmas eve so I could walk in and get the box and walk out...

I woke up sick as a dog, and tested positive for Covid. Since I was unable to pick up my order, I emailed them (for my proof I cancelled it)...they said no problem, we'll issue you a refund.

5 days later, no refund on my credit card...called and spoke to 'Tasha' who spoke to a manager who said 'because it's the holiday's give it a few more day's...

Now, it's been 2 weeks NO REFUND! They will make it extremely difficult to get your money back if you cancel an order.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO PROCESS A REFUND I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I've had their GF cakes many times now and they are the most moist and enjoyable cakes I've had since going GF. Thank you Nothing Bundt!!

Emma and crew came to the rescue when I needed a cake last minute. On a Sunday, right before closing and what I needed wasn’t in the case. They were super, got a cake from the freezer, frosted it and tragedy was averted. Way to save the day ladies!! Thank you so much.

I always say there is never an excuse to be rude. I was in a rush and trying to order a Bundt cake through their website. The earliest pick up time available online was 30 minutes out. I called the store directly and spoke with Hannah and she informed me that they do not take orders over the phone. She was extremely polite and trying to be helpful. She mentioned that if I came into the store, they could decorate a cake in about five minutes. I offered to pay over the phone, but she had mentioned again that I would need to visit the store due to their policy. I was already in route hoping they could have this done and available for pick up. Upon arriving at the store, I placed an order for a Bundt cake, however, it took 17 minutes before it was done. When the cake finally arrived, it was decorated beyond what I asked for and in that moment, I realized how rude I was being… just because I was in a rush doesn’t mean that all other priorities cease to apply. I simply want to say thank you. All of you are awesome and the cake is amazing. The Broncos theme was above and beyond when I was expecting. Thank you again! When I saw the cake, it made me smile. Hopefully this review returns the favor and sends a smile your way.

So I called this store to confirm they had a chocolate chip cake available for my son’s birthday. I sent my husband to pick up the 8” cake after work. He walked in and ordered said cake. Paid and brought it home. We cut into it and it was a red velvet cake! We did not eat it. Took it back the next day and they would not replace it! We will not return to this store and will tell everyone we know that they suck!

Not only are the cupcakes amazingly delicious, but Southlands store has incredible service. I was late to pick up my order not realizing the store had closed by thirty minutes. I texted a number provided on their vmail and they came back to re-open to the store so I could get my order for an event that night. Incredible! Highly recommend Southlands Nothing Bundt Cakes for ANY occasion you might need.

I was going to celebrate my birthday by getting a button at nothing but cakes. But then once I got into the middle of it, I saw some hair in it then. I instantly throughout horrible. I'm devastated.

I enjoy the baked goods! Especially every year for my birthday 🎂

I love this place I got a Reese's chocolate peanut butter cup cake and it is by far the best cake I've had in my life definitely my new go to place for anything cake related just had my 24th birthday recently and went here for my cake and by far the best cake and the best service and the best atmosphere I've ever had where have they been all my life because I will forever go to here for birthdays or any other time I need something sweet

I called Nothing Bundt Cakes in Aurora and explained how I needed a cake delivered on the same day. I spoke to Chelsea and even though I had missed their delivery cut off time for the day, Chelsea said she would see what she could do to accommodate me. To my surprise and relief, my request was fulfilled! I was contacted as promised to confirm my instructions by Kathy and notified once the delivery was made. I truly appreciate the teamwork and customer care I experienced!
