One star at best. We had a large group with multiple tabs, most were drinking alcohol. The point of that is to point out how much money we could be spending. We ordered three pizzas to share and the children ordered meals. The pizzas were undercooked, service was HORRIBLE, food was wrong or not delivered. It took over 45 minutes to get some of our good (rest was later) and the restaurant was very slow. I will never ever waste a penny on this restaurant again. Staff was also rude.

Holy cow! The kitchen staff have heroin bleeding sores! And the GM leaves every 30 minutes with a backpack out the back door to do a drug deal. Stay away from this place'

We came here after a movie one night during the week. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing service and tasty food! We loved our waitress!! Great menu options. We came here with friends from out of town and they also loved it so much they made sure to go back again before leaving town. Good prices for what you’re getting! We will definitely be back!

I go to this location often for happy hour. It can be pretty slow but over all good happy hour food, drinks and prices. I've had their pizza alot in the past. It's usually really good...but a little pricey. Tonight my son and I decided to forego the happy hour food and ordered a pizza. It was actually early afternoon, so not busy AT ALL!! It took over 30 minutes to get our pizza. When our server finally brought it she apologized for the wait and explained that the first pizza was made wrong and had to be remade. Could have stopped by sooner to say that. We ordered the "Da Meats" pizza. The big chunks of some kind of sausage on top where very unappealing!! The pizza was just not good!! We really tried to eat it and thought maybe it was just us....but it really just was awful! They offered us another pizza...but what's the point...there wasn't anything done wrong...it just was awful pizza. No need for 2 awful pizzas!! We'll go back for happy hour snacks...but they can keep their pizza!! Very sad because it used to be pizza worth going out of your way for.

I ordered and paid online, and when I walked in, I told the girl at the host stand. She stated "the host will be right up." I could see the food I order bc it wasn't bagged and 4 people were just standing there... doing nothing but talking to each other, dropping some cuss words and complaining about "if this isn't my last host shift then..." so again, I was confused why I had to wait for the 5th "host" to come and literally just hand me my food.
We have been to this location several times with no problems. However, our last visit was not good. It was almost empty at dinner time on a Saturday. Very slow service, I asked for lemon several times, never got it. We placed our order, 25-30 minutes later we were told they were out of the appetizer we ordered. It was another 25 minutes before our dinner arrived, my salad was smaller than usual and was ice cold. My husband was told his fries weren’t ready. After 10 minutes we had to ask for them.

Long waits and short staffed, yet service was great. Waiter named Lovie was very accommodating and sweet. Pizza was surprisingly great, and a thin crust isn't actually that thin, but crispy. Highly recommend for Southlands
