The pizza is good if you eat it right away. I noticed that if you take a take out box. The pizza gets sawgy quickly. The wings were good.

It's a chain restaurant with frozen food that's heated up and served. Went for a little meeting and the server didn't understand how to handle that. Passed drinks over a laptop, didn't listen to the order and brought a wrong dish, was more interested in other things than serving and most importantly they forgot to bring back the credit card but told us goodbye and moved on.Seemed clean for the most part but stuck to the table we were at.Hostess brought a to-go box out to us as we were leaving, that was left on the table, which was nice.Parking: Ample parking.Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menu and offered a booster.

Great food. Poor service if you don’t order alcohol. Our waiter ignored us after he saw we weren’t going to order any booze.
Old Chicago set up a room for a bunch of us to get together. The food came out quick and our server kept everything straight. As always, the food was great and the beer was coldParking: Plenty of parking that makes the restaurant easily accessible

The food was excellent, but service was disappointing. I had to ask for everything.I’m not sure it’s a server issue so I still tipped 6 on a 25 meal.However before that when I went to pay, using a $25 gift card and a $5 bonus card on a $25.36 bill I was told the $5 was declined, on remaining $0.36.I was told not to worry about the $0.36 balance, they’d take car of it and and returned my empty gift cards to me.I actually had to ask what about the remaining $4 +, explaining it it should be valid, both the $25 and Bonus $5 card, were purchased same day, (November after thanksgiving) - again server explained I owed nothing.I asked to see a manager - but was told they were busy, even when I said I’d wait to be seen - I was still refused manager access - and if I really wanted to resolve it I could try calling back ask for owner, who might consider replacing it.I take two buses to get here, because I usually enjoy the experience, I’m not sure I’ll go back
