I went with a small group of people and had a gift card for a free pie. Unfortunately, the gift card wasn't accepted because OC have new owners and the new owners say they aren't acknowledging these gift cards.

Also, two people from our party (who shared an entree) got really sick and were out of commission for several days. Our experience wasn't all bad since our waitress was really nice.

This place is a joke. Nobody cares AT ALL. Ordered through door dash and waited 2 1/2 hours for my food while four different delivery drivers tried to pick it up then the restaurant cancels the order. Never again.

I go the Old Chicago on Buckley often and really enjoy it there. the food is always good and the service is great! This is the second time I have to the OC on Arapahoe and Parker and I have been really disappointed both times. The food is not as good and the service is not either. We waited 30 minutes for a table and when I asked for a both they told me it would be another 30 minutes. So we took a table because we didn’t want to wait. We walk back and most of the booths are empty. There was one person in a booth and 4 booths empty right next to them. I get that servers have sections but the store was empty. They could have put us right next to the other people. The table they gave us was not even 6 feet way from the booth. Terrible customer service!!!

Just stopped in for diner. 2 girls chatting at the server Stand. We are told that it will be at least An hour before we could get in the dinner area bc only 1 server, but we can door any emerge in the bar area. Great! The bar area only about 1/3 full. We have 9 and found perfect seating but the server came over and said he couldn’t serve us. He said when there is a football game on they can not accommodate a big family.
Really??? To just lost a couple hundred in food and tips.
Never again!!

9 minutes I waited while staring at my to-go order. 2 servers made eye contact and walked by me before a girl carrying a dirty rag gave me my order. The consistantly terrible service was the reason we ordered to-go this evening. I guess that's not a good option either. Unacceptable.

This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I ordered delivery, and it seemed like they didn’t care about the quality since the customer wouldn’t see it in person. The pizza was poorly made and very disappointing. This was my first and definitely my last order from here.

People say they're pizza is pretty good. I wasn't in the mood for pizza so I ordered nachos. And I also ordered a Long Island iced tea. Neither of which came out good. Iced tea taste like lemonade with the very light taste of any alcohol. Nachos were so sad. Lots of chips and very light on the beans and meat. Medium to heavy on the cheese. The worst part of it was everything was stuck to the pan that they let me eat out of, instead of a plate. I scraped most of the meat off the pan. And there wasn't that much meat. Sorry I did not get pictures, and I'm not going back again ever to get any pictures.

waited 10 minutes for a host just to be sat and no one ever came. There was a bartender for a few minutes and then they disappeared too. Called the store to see if someone would answer and that never happened either. The dining room was empty and now we know why.

We left and will never be coming back.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about our recent experience at this restaurant. We had a large family gathering with a party of 18, including both adults and children, and were unfortunately turned away without accommodation.
Despite our last-minute arrival, we were surprised and disappointed to be denied service without any explanation. This was particularly disheartening for the children in our group, who had been looking forward to dining at this establishment for the pizza.
However, we were able to visit a different location of the same restaurant chain and were accommodated without issue. This has led us to wonder if discrimination played a role in the denial of service at this initial location.

We arrived at this pizza establishment with a large gathering of 9 adults and 9 enthusiastic kids, all eager to indulge in their favorite pizzas. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the staff informed us that they could not accommodate us because our group was too large. It was incredibly frustrating to be turned away, especially considering how much the kids were looking forward to enjoying their meals together. This experience was far from family-friendly, and it left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. We definitely expected better service and a more accommodating atmosphere for a place that claims to be suitable for families.

I love the Italian nachos…!!!
