First time Hot Pot customers here, and Ken was kind and informative throughout the whole meal. Everything was delicious. Especially loved the sauce buffet!
Wow, another Aurora strip mall amazing restaurant that you don't know about and then you go and feel like you're in a new world. Super cool spot. Clean, all you can eat!
This place has disgusting mold smell that permeates your nose immediately when you enter and does not let up the longer you stay inside.
Took us a good 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when we walked in the door. Then we were seated and another 10 minutes went by and no one working there said a word to us so we left.
No clue how they have good reviews. Just walk inside and take a smell for yourself.
I am disappointed with this place because it smelled like stinky feet. Idk if it was bad timing or whatever but arrived around 7pm on June 1.
Food was okay but the smell was bad - it ruined my appetite. I will not go here again.
I'm so addicted to old town hot pot! The food is always fresh and delicious. The addition of sauce combinations at the sauce bar was a great idea for those of us that like to stick with their tried and true flavor mixtures but want to branch out
A good selection of broth, meat, veggies, and sauces. A great experience but pricey of course. Fun to enjoy with friends and many combinations to be had. The service leaves something to be desired but that doesn't take away from the overall experience of it all. Fun location!
Yikes! I have no words to describe how bland everything is, the spicy mala broth tastes like water, no spice in it whatsoever. The meat, well, read the other 1 star reviews pls. The sauce bar is missing some critical components which include actual Thai pepper mixes and spicy sauce, chili oil etc. overall, it’s the furthest thing from “authentic”, given that this is Denver, I shouldn’t have expected anything more.
Food was amazing

I recently visited your restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service and attentiveness to my table. The host Kevin was not honest with us about the meat nor wanting to help us out when we weren’t getting service from our server.. telling us “I’m not your server please wait for him to come around” which led to a lot of confusion and frustration. We had to ask another person to get us the right thing, which should have been handled correctly the first time. This lack of honesty and poor service really affected our dining experience.

I tried this place after a year and I was disappointed with the whole experience. We tried 3 different broths and they all lacked flavor and taste. Something about the taste and quality was a let down.

This is my favorite hot pot place because it is reasonably priced and has a wonderful milk tea jelly dessert that ends your meal wonderfully.
