This is my second time ordering takeout from this Olive Garden and my first time was my very first time eating from Olive Garden period. Both times were trash food is ALWAYS cold needing to be reheated. And the food is not good. Water spaghetti and dry uncooked noodles in the Alfredo. Maybe 🤔 I chose the wrong location for my first and second time. I really have heard good things about Olive Garden but guess that's just hear say. Disappointed for sure 😫

Our experience with large takeout orders from this Olive Garden has been really positive— but only when the right person is in charge. There’s a wonderful woman who handles orders with efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. When she’s running the show, everything is smooth, accurate, and stress-free. She’s truly a gem, and I wish I knew her name because she deserves recognition!

However, when she’s not there, it’s a completely different story. The person who takes over in her absence turns the entire process into a chaotic mess. It feels disorganized, mistakes happen, and instead of taking accountability, he somehow makes you feel like the problem. It’s frustrating to place a detailed order, only to have it handled with such carelessness—and then be made to feel like it’s your fault when things go wrong.

Because of this inconsistency, I won’t be placing any more large takeout orders unless I know the right person is handling it. If you’re considering a big order from this location, be careful. When it’s done right, the experience is fantastic—but when it’s not, it’s an absolute headache.

Manager on duty was great, checked in with us a few times due to a Gluten allergy within our group.

we went here yesterday and we got seated but no server for about 20 minutes. when i went to the front and asked if we had a server, they got right on it and we had a server immediately. they were extremely apologetic and other managers and servers came by to check on us throughout our entire meal and also gave us a free appetizer for the wait. the service was absolutely immaculate! thank yall very much for making the experience much better than the start!

Olive Garden has always been consistently good. It's a great comfort food option. This visit was fun, the staff made us laugh and they were attentive and helpful! This location in particular is a great spot!
