Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was the last time I’m having dinner in this restaurant. Food was delicious, though service is very slow even though it wasn’t that busy. Had to ask for soda refill two times and been ignored. And I never got it refilled. Couldn’t even get my to go boxes, and salad I haven’t even finished has been taken away without asking. Really poor service, if you want to have olive garden take it to go or go another place.

Absolutely ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get greeted Ava seen us and walk right past and made it her mission to help everyone besides us. Jason tried to help us but he also was everywhere beside us, he didn't ask what side we wanted , and just gave us something random side. Don't get me started on the portions. I had more meat than Alfredo, it was dry and the salad didn't even have croutons or dressing . We watched as she made sure another table was helped even though she avoided us the entire time. The entire environment was ridiculous and I feel as though everyone needs to be reevaluating how to work in an environment such as this one. Your job is to make us feel welcomed we aren't paying for your attitude and we're also not paying to be treated so passive aggressively. No one even came to check if we wanted dessert or if we were ready to go, or for a to go plate.

Went there and ate recently. Food quality has went way down and service was sub par. Felt like a waste of money. I used to go there all the time with my wife and it was decent. Maybe it’s just this location, but I’m not gonna chance it. Next Time we’re in the mood for Italian, I’ll be sure to go to authentic Italian restaurant.

Olive garden is always great. I actually happened to get a hair in my pasta this day, But on a positive note, they replaced my plate and discounted it since everyone else had finished their food before my plate came out. .

The little girl working the front has the easiest job but had trouble putting my correct phone number down and had the audacity to have an attitude with me over her mistake. Do better!

Alyssa was our server, and she was amazing! She was so kind and attentive, I loved her service. She is a joy and absolutely incredible at her job. We will be coming back just to see her! 10/10!
