My partner and I have been coming here for almost a year now. We drop in whenever we're craving their hand pulled noodle soup, which is quite frequently. The service is excellent and the food is even better. Could not recommend this hiddem gem more. Definitely come by if you're in the area.

Came in on a Thursday evening and sat down right away with my partner. This spot is a combo cafe/restaurant with milk teas and noodles. Customer service was attentive and polite. We ordered the hand pulled soup noodles with beef brisket and shaved fried noodle with beef shank, also an order of the mini pork buns. The food came out in a reasonable time and the quality of the food was remarkable. The shop owner came out and talked to us about the freshness of the preparation and was beaming with pride. It was clear that great care was taken to provide these delicious dishes. The noodle soup was a familiar riff on traditional Taiwanese beef noodle soup. This one stood out with its flavorful broth and tender brisket. The stir fried shaved noodles had great flavor with a bite from sichuan peppercorns. Flavor bomb. The pork buns were freshly prepared with a bites of juicy broth escaping from the chewy dumpling skin. There was also a great cooking wine flavor in the preparation. Would recommend to anyone who wants to try some delicious Taiwanese food.

One more noodle is a gem!! I got the hand pulled noodles with beef brisket. It was AMAZING. Definitely one of the most authentic noodle place I’ve had in a long time. The noodles are all made in house. The broth is light and full of flavor. The prices are also beyond reasonable with the portions you’re getting. Will be coming back soon!!

All around great experience. Lady running the shop was super kind and welcoming. Food was amazing and well priced. My girlfriend is from Taiwan and said it reminded her of home. Could not recommend more, will become a regular spot.

Spectacular, everything is from scratch, noodles are hand made, pork buns are so tasty. It's so fresh and delicious while keeping the noodles thin and perfectly cooked. The owners are so kind when they ask if the tingly sauce is too spicy. In our mind this is top noodle shop in the area

You wouldn't think much of a place that's also is a Volcano tea to have good noodles. Surprisingly enough, this place has pretty good food. The noodle soup was delicous and is a must try. The aromatic meat platter was also very good ? ? ?

Really good dried shaved noodle dish. I love the spicy and numbing sauce. It's exactly what I've been looking for in Colorado.
The establishment itself could have more lights inside because it's a bit dark but otherwise, I would recommend going for their food and wonderful service.
