You wouldn't think much of a place that's also is a Volcano tea to have good noodles. Surprisingly enough, this place has pretty good food. The noodle soup was delicous and is a must try. The aromatic meat platter was also very good ? ? ?

Really good dried shaved noodle dish. I love the spicy and numbing sauce. It's exactly what I've been looking for in Colorado.
The establishment itself could have more lights inside because it's a bit dark but otherwise, I would recommend going for their food and wonderful service.

I’m so sad because the photos I took were amazing! But the food was the best far. I only came one because I wanted watering soup and noodles. Exhausted every option scrolling endlessly. Than all of the sudden, what appears to be very obviously fresh from the photos, is One More Noodle. I even called to make sure it was a real place because I didn’t want my heart broken.

‘Twas spectacular! Reminded me of my favorites foods living in Shanghai and Beijing. Very fresh and delicious. It’s only 2-3 people and they are working super hard so don’t be pressed about the wait. Otherwise come during lunch hour.
What a find! Just stopped in the area to go to HMart while in town and decided to grab a quick dinner here. I’m so glad we did. The food was delicious. The soup broth is incredibly flavorful (simmered for nine hours apparently!) and the stir fried noodles are amazing as well. Just another example of a small menu being a sign of excellence. The tea is also great. The house milk tea is strong in a great way you don’t always get at bubble tea shops; 30% sweetness was just right. Also a very good deal with big portions. My husband and left with bellies very full of excellent food and drink for under $30.
The staff are lovely. Very kind and helpful!
Will definitely stop by here again next time I’m in Denver.

I got the Combination Stir Fried Hand Pulled Noodle and I think something was wrong as I can only assume that’s not how they normally prepare it. I got the “spicy” sauce, but it’s not a chili spice. I think it was a combo of a bunch of cumin and pink peppercorn. My lips from the moment I tried were tingling. I think if these flavors were in there it would be delicious but as is I think it’s gonna cause stomach issues after trying to eat this. Did they drop some spices in? Other than the spice the shaved noodles are really tasty.
My mom got the vegetable soup, which looked really good and she liked it.
