The beef brisket shaved noodle soup was flavorful, but not overly salty. The portion of beef was generous and the price was very reasonable (~$15). The broth was pretty light, similar to pho but a bit different. The buns were good, but I'm not sure I would get them again unless sharing with a large group as an appetizer (just personal taste). Staff was friendly and welcoming. It's a hole in the wall spot, inside the Volcano Tea, but plenty of tables. Would rate 4.5 stars but rounding up to 5. Limited menu, but tasty and affordable.

Really spectacular and authentic Chinese noodles. The broth of the noodle soup is so flavorful (stewed for 8 hours), whereas the stir-fried noodles are really great too. Our family usually gets a mixture of the two styles. You can also order the hand-pulled (or shaved) noodles to go and cook them to go. These noodles make our dishes at home so much better too.
FYI, the sign outside just says volcano tea house.

Not hand pulled noodles, notice perfect circular noodles in the photos. Smells a bit in the restaurant but the main problem is its nit authentic. Bland noodle dish. Not hand pulled. I really dont get it. Service was fine. Food was wildly underwhelming.

Fresh noodles, delicious soup stock, excellent stir fry. Friendly service. So sad that the are on the otherside of the metro area than I live. I would eat these noodles frequently if they weren't so far from me. Take advantage of this noodle shop if you live or work anywhere near it. Probably the best authentic noodle house in the metro area. Very much like street food I had in Hong Kong. Except it is up to American health standards. Go get some noodles.

Gave this place a try for the first time for a late dinner. Got the shaved noodles with brisket and it was delicious. Definitely will go back also they stay open really late, which is great for late night cravings.

Absolutely NOT hand pulled noodles. There was no flavor in the noodles either. The excellent reviews are so puzzling. It smelled like sour dirty socks just walking in. The workers were pleasant enough (2stars for service not becausethey were unpleasant but because its not as advertised. I just expect real hand pulled noodles when thats what's advertised. All the photos on here are perfect circle noodles. These are not hand pulled. Had to doctor the dish to eat it as otherwise was just greasy and no flavor.
Please do let me know if you gave me the wrong dish, cause id love to get real authentic hand pulled noodles. Ill even change the review and be just as honest.

this place is absolutely fantastic, we got the pulled noodle soup with beef brisket and the pulled noodle chow with beef brisket.
the broth was phenomenal, and the meat was so tender. I added some chili crunch to the soup and it made it even better.
the service was super quick, even when they got slammed with a rush at 9:15 pm, and the owner was so nice, will be coming back next time we’re in aurora.

Came here because the Denver Food subreddit loves it. First impression was the dining room was dirty. Like debris all over but also needs a deep clean. Seems like mostly a takeout spot so they acted a bit awkward when we asked to sit. They gave us menus that were filthy. Ordered 2 entrees along with dumplings and egg rolls. I preferred the sides. Main dishes were just ok. Not a horrible spot but pretty mid. Keep in mind the glowing reviews about this place are from people who don’t care about cleanliness when eating out.
