Fresh noodles, delicious soup stock, excellent stir fry. Friendly service. So sad that the are on the otherside of the metro area than I live. I would eat these noodles frequently if they weren't so far from me. Take advantage of this noodle shop if you live or work anywhere near it. Probably the best authentic noodle house in the metro area. Very much like street food I had in Hong Kong. Except it is up to American health standards. Go get some noodles.

Absolutely NOT hand pulled noodles. There was no flavor in the noodles either. The excellent reviews are so puzzling. It smelled like sour dirty socks just walking in. The workers were pleasant enough (2stars for service not becausethey were unpleasant but because its not as advertised. I just expect real hand pulled noodles when thats what's advertised. All the photos on here are perfect circle noodles. These are not hand pulled.
Had to doctor the dish to eat it as otherwise was just greasy and no flavor.

Please do let me know if you gave me the wrong dish, cause id love to get real authentic hand pulled noodles. Ill even change the review and be just as honest.

this place is absolutely fantastic, we got the pulled noodle soup with beef brisket and the pulled noodle chow with beef brisket.

the broth was phenomenal, and the meat was so tender. I added some chili crunch to the soup and it made it even better.

the service was super quick, even when they got slammed with a rush at 9:15 pm, and the owner was so nice, will be coming back next time we’re in aurora.

Came here because the Denver Food subreddit loves it. First impression was the dining room was dirty. Like debris all over but also needs a deep clean. Seems like mostly a takeout spot so they acted a bit awkward when we asked to sit. They gave us menus that were filthy. Ordered 2 entrees along with dumplings and egg rolls. I preferred the sides. Main dishes were just ok. Not a horrible spot but pretty mid. Keep in mind the glowing reviews about this place are from people who don’t care about cleanliness when eating out.

I would like to give this place another try, only had very minor complaints. The young cashier at the front definitely needs to speak up a little bit, I’m only 29 and could barely hear a word he said. I ordered spicy noodles and the main issue was they absolutely did not make it spicy whatsoever. Was pretty bummed about that because that’s the main reason I went there. They were super busy the night I went which is fine, I don’t mind the wait but my order was a Togo order. They must have put the piping hot food in a container and closed it because by the time I got it home, I was still scorching inside the container and it actually made the noodles slimy from the extra condensation that was trapped in the Togo container. Once I let some of that extra moisture evaporate the sliminess subsided but the noodles still ended up overcooked from being so hot in the container. I already waited 30 mins I wouldn’t have minded waiting another 5 for the food to cool before being put in the container.

Came in 4th of July. My son ordered hand pulled noodle stir fry with beef brisket, spicy Mozzarella Sticks and a honey Oolong Boba. He enjoyed it all and thinks their beef brisket is the best he always orders extra. He also really enjoys the Boba he ordered. I ordered shrimp shaved noodle stir fry and regular cheese sticks and an iced Oolong tea. I was very impressed with the meal fresh and had a generous amount of shrimp. The cheese sticks are gooey and yummy. I was very satisfied. The people that run the restaurant work hard and it is worth going in to eat and order a tea or boba tea.
