Food was great! Got the spicy brisket stir fry noodles and the pork buns. They were both awesome. Service was great and everyone there was super friendly and helpful! It was a little confusing to find, but for anyone who is looking it is inside the Volcano Tea. Good place for a quick bite the is delicious!

For decades I've been searching for authentic LanZhou style (as opposed to the southern / Taiwanese style) hand pulled noodles. And oh my have I found it by chance! We can here for bubble tea but realized they have hand pulled and hand shaved noodles. So we decided to try it a week later. I was not disappointed! The soup was flavorful yet not too oily. You can tell the noodles were fresh and springy when you bite into it! Adding just a bit of chilli oil, you've got a masterpiece! Highly recommend and I will absolutely return for the noodle soups!

We stopped in after finding One More Noodle on a Google search and were very impressed with the quality of food & service. The noodles are made from scratch and in house, as are the dumplings. We had the pork & chive dumplings (pan fried to perfection) and each had a spicy combination chow mein bowl. I got the hand pulled and he got the shaved noodles. The ingredients are so fresh, shrimp were delicious, the beef was so tender. I love the black vinegar and chili oil at each table. The quality and value for quantity is hard to surpass. This place is a gem. ?
Just come and try for yourself, it's just delicious. Based on reviews we tried both the shaved noodles (spicy) with beef shank, and soup with brisket and hand pulled noodles. A little salty, a little oily but so much flavor. The variety of milk teas is excellent, too. Help out a small business and enjoy their foods.

When trying to look for this place, I was under the impression it was called One More Noodle. I believe they used to be but they changed their name to Volcano Tea House. The place is a little hard to find since it's off to the side but it's definitely worth a visit! I got the dry stir-fried shaven noodles with beef brisket (highly recommend), popcorn chicken, and a taro milk tea for under $25 which is honestly a good price. The staff were also really nice and friendly as well. I went when it was a little quiet and the owner took the time to talk to me. Very sweet woman and she told me that their noodles are made very healthy with no additives other than salt. Would recommend if you're in the area!

All of the food was amazing. Fresh, and Seasoned perfectly. The broth, noodles and brisket were out of this world! My Thai milk tea with boba was perfectly Flavored! The staff was super friendly, gave great service, and was very attentive! I highly recommend especially when me and my hubby are sooo picky!

Order the combination fried noodles, one hand pulled and one shaved. Had the shaved noodles with the spicy numb sauce and pulled noodles with a brown sauce and some spice. Absolutely delicious.
