Absolutely worst customer service! Placed online order, went to pickup and woman announced they would NOT be filling any online orders Until they clear the people in their line...Our order is now 20 minutes Past Their Promised Ready Time online and Still No ORDER & they won't let us cancel!! We will NEVER RETURN UNTIL THIS LOCATION CAN BE BETTER STAFFED AND ORGANIZED.

There are some females workers there that when I see them serving food then I will change my mine and some others females workers that I appreciate how professional there are. Unfortunately it shouldn't be that way, that's why I rate pourly.

You order teriyaki chicken and they never give you the sauce, by common sense you want teriyaki sauce or otherwise it’s just chicken.

I’ve ordered delivery twice from this location months apart. Both times I put in the order, it gets delayed multiple times and then cancelled after two hours. I tried calling the store and they do not answer their phone at all. This is ridiculous.

Terrible manager and customer service. Called about an incorrect order and I overheard the “manager” say “hang up the phone”. Tried calling back and no one answered. Embarrassing customer service. The reviews are accurate. The food, however, is good.

Ask for 3 entree plate the person taking the order only gave me two. She didn't understand me and she was moving way too fast. when I got to the end of the line and asked for another one they try to charge me for it. The person at the register said your third entree is your egg roll and I did not want that tried to explain to her what I wanted and she didn't understand. Then open the food and the food is not great The rice tastes old The steak tastes old horrible experience The egg roll is overcooked I will not be going back to this panda express that ever again

The three entree containers have changed, now it’s a recycled paper container that will suck up all the moisture drying out the rice and food and the food sticks to the container. Service at this location has gone down.
